paler skin mod is easy to find, but where can i find the noblakks mod?

I haven't got the game for the sorts of reasons you mention. I think it looks great but HP isn't my thing and it's so clearly for the fans.

THAT SAID I do know a guy who's a bit of a Potterhead who loves the game. But, interestingly, his younger brother (not a kid either, mid-twenties) who had no interest in HP (no books, no movies) has started playing it and now wants to get into the rest of the franchise. And he can't be the only one.

So not only is it a massive success, it's also a new entry point for people previously uninterested in Harry Potter.
it's baby's first open-world-RPG and it does that very well. other open-world RPGs would be wise to sit up and take note, a "teen-aimed" RPG is something that people enjoy.

I like to think there's so many browns and blacks because they're technically citizens of the England because they're from the colonies.
That's just a cope. A ugandan wizard would look like this

Not a pompous brit with a funny accent. Get the no blakks patch, it does wonders to reduce the whiplash. One pajeet like Amit running around? Yeah sure, but that's it, one, two at most.

Not gonna lie, if they had that Ugandan I wouldn't even be as upset. I'd be laughing.

The problem with the patch, though, is that it doesn't fix the facial structure. So you basically just have a bunch of people with extreme vitiligo running around.

True, it's not ideal, but it's better than nothing. And well, British genetics have always been on the peculiar side....

It’s why I’m real surprised there a no romance options considering target audiance, the age of the characters and the subplots that were happening in the books when Harry et al were in the same years.

The problem i find with most open world RPGs that this seems to do rather well is they aren’t really friendly to newcomers or people that want to explore but lije things structured and clear with minimul to no bullshit

It feels like it was one of the things that was cut, and a sequel might touch upon it. Some of the characters you DO interact with get pretty close to flirty.

I think one thing that makes it feel "open" for newcomers is how absolutely fast you get fast travel. Only change I would have done (maybe) is modify the flue network to be a bit later in the game, or have distance restrictions or something. The early access to the broom means you can easily explore the world without instantly getting gibbed by super high-level monsters, which is often a problem with open world games; if you don't follow the "plotline path" you wander into areas that are way too high level for you and suffer.

Assblasted Alejandro legit denounced the controversy as 'people not liking the author's opinions and the game should be judged on it's own merit' and then gave the game a 10/10.

We're in a weird timeline.

He then went on to call anyone who didn't like fat black April O'Neil as racist pedophiles so we're balanced out now.

I think this is just part of the laziness when it comes to writing the game for any gender or sexuality. At the end of the game, when you earn an extra 100 points for your house and win the cup, they don't even say what house actually won, it's just your house. And then you see the kids in your house cheer. The protagonist is always referred to as they/them and I'm pretty sure that wasn't to be progressive, they just didn't want to record extra lines.

While I had fun with it, if you've played other open world games you notice a lot of things like this where it feels lazy instead of properly crafted.

The problem is, that was basically the entire selling point to this game. It didn't matter if the game was completely Mid - which it is, don't get me wrong - the promise of being able to actually explore Hogwarts was going to print money on nostalgia alone. Fuck, they probably could've just made a walking simulator, and if Hogwarts was as well designed as it was people probably still would've been happy.
Before the game came out I saw people talking about how they would have been happy if the entire game was just going to classes and learning magic. In fact some people were pissed that you only do one class, learn a spell, and then learn the rest on your own at your pace.

If they announced a "Hogwarts Simulator" which was basically that, it'd do as well as Legacy did.

I mean I did always want a Hogwarts Simulator.

Was always surprised JK never released the school book lists as physical books. At least for the First Year at any rate.

The mobile game is basically a Hogwarts Simulator except you sit around for 24 hours waiting for the game to do something or pay real cash.

Also she released Care of Magical Creatures and a History of Quidditch as physical books as part of a charity drive. Both surprisingly good if you're a kid

(You) board a cart on rails, basically a mini train, and this person is the first one that greets you with his reddish armband and starshaped medal.

Where are you being sent to?

but then went full MATI at the end saying the game is not worth spending money on because its made by cunts and called JK a literal cunt.
...Why are you linking to something you didn't watch? The cunt 'bit' clocks in at twenty seconds, and he continues reverently preaching that he's on the right side of history for another half-minute after that. The end of the video is a callback to the 'joke' at the beginning, but also where the only substantive critique about the game is. Come on, man. It's retarded out of the gate.

It actually bothers me how much the game refers to you as "they" instead of just "he" or "she," like the devs were too lazy to just have 2 lines of dialogue when they needed to refer to you. They didn't even do a good job writing around it.
