The turkish military has long been a bastion of Kemalism and thus they often took control of the nation for a few months/years when the democratic parties descended into sectarian violence.
A bit like cincinnatus (the roman) but on an institutional level.

The girl was murdered.
The pics were posted a lot on image boards with bait questions like "she's hot, isn't she" and if someone said they'd fap to it they'd be called necrophiles.
