I dislike hipsters because they act like they're trying to save the world and make everything better, but all they do is cause the cost of housing to ride just by hanging around and isolate poor people to a specific area, which are typically ghettos.

I can guarantee that there's a positive correlation between the number of hipsters in an area, and the cost of housing. I theorize that as the number of hipsters in a specific area increases then the cost of housing will also increase.

Hipsters are ruining America and making it difficult for poor people and the homeless to buy and afford affording affordable housing.
