Y'know, remember when CalArts used to have talented people from the likes of Brad Bird, Mike Judge, Stephen Hillenburg, Tom McGrath, Andrew Stanton, Matt Groening, etc.? Noticed I used the term, "talented" as strongly as possible because they know how to draw and animate because learnt how draw and animate. Sure, nu-CalArts students CAN draw, albeit with the same exact anime-esque bean face and posture. This is the same exact jaded, generic, tiresome cliche they keep utilizing even after graduation.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'll wait til someone pitches an animated project that's new and innovated.
