I wanna hug and kiss the dogy. She has the same markings my Maggie has.

Feeling much better! My body has recovered from the allergic reaction and I'm here to kick impostor syndrome in the ass. I went grocery shopping last night and got some stuff to make better snacks/meals for myself, even though hot chili-lime cheetohs are still the best-flavored feelings.

I feel good knowing there is something I can snack on (or at least cook and have it ready in 10 minutes) that's not pretzels or anything not staying enough.

Found out the last grade I get for a statistics quiz is a 5 out of 25. Now I'm at a 73% and I better not screw up on the upcoming exams and other quizzes. Also gotta deal with an exam in biology at 3 p.m. I'm sure I can do fine though I do wonder if I might get graded on a curb (not many did well on the first exam apparently. What should of been a C for me became an A back on the first exam).

Blech. One less place to go on the internet. A forum I had recently gone back to after years, one that finally seemed to be improving, had a password-stealing incident involving two vengeful (and douchebag) former members. So of course the admins use this as an excuse to ban literally everyone they don't like under the pretense that they were involved and then publicly smear their names, including some of my close friends. This will pretty much kill the only reason people started coming back to the board because those banned were some of the biggest players, and several others have quit over the same incident. Once I wrap up loose ends, I'll be leaving too. Again, blech.

On the plus side, finally moved into the new apartment and it is AMAZING. Easily the best place I've lived in since I moved to Canada. And we should finally be able to keep up with rent. So that's good.

I have been in the kitchen since last Wednesday and it's been quite the lovely experience. Of course what I mean by that is its been utter hell thanks to St. Patties day. My back is completely wrecked and my next day off is Sat.

Looking forward to thursday. I'm selling a shitload of old books (which is excellent, I could use some cash right now) and I'm also getting a haircut (which is also excellent since I could also use a haircut right now).

I started playing the pokeymans today. I had deleted my old save file because it's been literally years since I played it and couldn't remember anything. It's no biggie since I didn't have any shineys or anything important. So Ya, I started a new game today and good lord I forgot how addictive that game was for me! Gonna kill all the spare times playing that silly game now.

I haven't been able to fight the craving for velveeta n' shells. I ate it all the time when I was saving money for vacation and to get my old car fixed after falling asleep while driving. And it was one of those meals I could (and did) eat all the goddamn time. I'd toss a couple Nathan's hot dog slices in it (because I really needed more sodium okay) and that was a nice, hot lunch.

My parents didn't cook Velveeta for me when I was a kid because they had far too much of it during the lean times. But the promise of a slightly plastic but hot gooey lunch was great for a just-21 year old.

Financially I hope to never have to go back to those days. But there was an innate comfort in knowing that for at least 30 minutes of my workday I could sit and eat something hot and tasty. I'm not holding out any hope for it to be the OMGBESTMEALEVER and I'm certainly not eating it tonight, but it'll wait in my pantry like an old friend or an insurance policy when nothing else sounds good to eat.

Mmm, Velveeta and Shells.

Accidentally doubled my lithium dosage to 2400 last night because I ate lunch (Fridays I usually do a small breakfast because it's date night and we go out) and because Mr. Multiples had an outpatient procedure, I grabbed takeout... and proceeded to pop another 1200 mg.

I'm totally fine. I actually fell asleep before I could call Poison Control (phone in hand) and just felt extra itchy, kinda nauseous, and very tired. I gave Poison Control a call this morning and given a few factors (amount of time I've been on the dose is quite long, I'm not experiencing severe symptoms) I'll be okay, if a little nauseous for the day.

I still can't believe I fucking did it though. I had some fucked up dreams (ultra violent Mario 64 arcade cabinet beta) but I think that was due to sleeping 4 hours the night before.

I might have a part time job soon, we'll see.

I'm on this medicine to help with my problem with retaining water. Unfortunately it makes me pee about 15 times a day, and its annoying.
Not trying to be nosy, but I'm hoping that you're taking it first thing in the morning, at least.

Working. Been buying shit on Yahoo Auctions Japan. A bit of a mistake considering its a arm and a leg to ship it over here. Just spent $100 getting the entire run of Evangelion on LD over here. Very nice set. "Bad news" is that there's a limited edition disc that has the OA version of episodes 20-24. It came with my lot but its still sealed. It's a bit rare so now I might buy another copy just have one opened. Other than that, nothing much going on.
