Okay I REALLY want this though.

I finally watched Frozen today. It was good, but it wasn't Beauty and the Beast good.

I've just been in a rut and feeling angry at the world. Damn depression. So I've been trying to vent it towards anything that decides to get in my way in-game.
 
Mostly taking care of life's ankle biters. The month's about to end so that means bills are being sent out. I hate paying bills.

We're having company over later today, though, so I'm looking forward to that.
 
oh god i don't even know what happened but was horrible. just horrible. and i don't even know what i did to deserve this.

it might not sound bad, but oh boy is it bad. and draining.

yeah i'll quit talking now.
 
Lower back still hurts really bad. I have no clue why. Trying to put less stress on it by lying down.
 
Right now, my entire life is either going to school, going to work, or sleeping. I haven't had a day off since I started this job, and I don't see any in the future.
 
Senior recital today!
Everything leading up to the recital was really really rocky, but once I was there, it all went pretty much ideally. Some awkwardness in the bowing protocol on my part, but that's pretty typical (of me). The reception afterward was really nice. It's crazy, though. Months and months of stress and woe and bouts of anxiety-based insomnia, and it's all over in a matter of hours that feel more like minutes.
 
I'm having a great day--I'm getting a ton of stuff done. I woke up early and played some Minecraft before my family got up. Then I went to the corner store and got milk. It's my day off, so I made breakfast for the family (cheesy scrambled eggs, toast, leftover pancit, sliced banana and warm milk/coffee) for my wife and girls. Then I fixed some DVDs that had torn covers/scratched disks, studied for a history test, helped my eldest daughter with her language arts project, cleaned the fish tank, paid some bills online, balanced my financial accounts, and cleaned the aquarium. Next I'm going to do some cardio exercise and reorganize some things in the crawl space before making dinner. Dinner's going to be a glazed salmon with strained peas and rice.
 
I'm writing a stupid story about some teens breaking into an abandoned house. I'm still not entirely sure where I'm going with it, but I have to finish by Thursday.
 
Had a pretty good day today. Woke up at 6:50, had a good workout (though incomplete *sigh*) and felt real good and confident throughout the morning. Got invited to Bingo tonight and since I had the $2, I went for a round. Didn't win, but who ever really wins when you go?

Still wishing my purple car wasn't grounded on that gravel road up to where I work at, but the piece has been ordered last Wednesday, just waiting for the shipment to arrive.
 
My back has been killing me tonight--so badly that my wife encouraged me to take off work tomorrow. It feels a little bit better after a mixed a stiff drink and my wife made me a hot compress, but it still fucking sucks. I've got a follow-up doctor appointment on the 8th followed by more x-rays to see if there's any damage further up my back--I suspect that I may have something going on in my neck.
 
Had a job interview today but the company was shady as fuck and it was just a contract position (I'd be terrified to sign a contract with this company) so I don't really think it'd be worth the hour long commute to get there. I think I'll keep looking.
 
Busy day at work today. Had a bus full of old folks come in fairly early and then we got slammed around noon, so I ended up with a nearly full dining room and very busy servers. Of course, I make tipshare, so I say bring it on!
 
All I did today was walk the dog, feed the dog, and fuck around on the Internet.
 
I didn't do too much today either. I worked on my coursework some more and went to the park to take a walk. It's starting to get nice again, and I can take a walk in the park. Today it was so sunny there wasn't a cloud in the sky, and it was warm (well, for this time of the year).
