my 13 year old border terrier died today. I still have my poodle though, he is the one suffering most from it though, he is reeeeeeeeally said. They were really close so I had to give him lots of attention.

2 days ago my Hermit crab, Putin, died of seemed to be old age and cold winter.
yesterday my friend walked through the cold winds to give him a Viking funeral.
May Putin find glory in the halls of Crabhala ;_;7

it's okay, she was kinda had only a couple years left to live due to some disease called Cushing's disease and my poodle is handling it okay, but he's still kinda sad. My grandpa passed away a month ago and now a month later one of my dogs dies. Death really does seem to come in twos and threes...

I am so so sorry to hear that. :( Sending some e-hugs your way, both of you! You both clearly love your pets very much and I'm sure they were happy.

Just to give you an update, my poodle is feeling a lot better today. This will be the first time I'm leaving him alone in the house though, usually he had my other dog to keep him company which might give him a bit of anxiety. I think I'll come back and check up on him. I don't want to leave him alone for too long this first time.

Anyways, thanks guys.

I've had a pretty good day so far. I learned about making pasta from spaghetti squashes yesterday and my dad said he's had it before and it was pretty good. I almost got one today, but because my dad isn't coming home until Wednesday night I'll get one later.

I went out to lunch at a new place and had a hot dog, and I tried Cheerwine for the first time, and thought it was pretty good.

Right now I wish I didn't have this stupid fear of speaking to people over the telephone... All I really need to do is call the person and ask if they can help me change my tire but my silly part-autistic brain keeps making me put it off. *SIGH*

I'm not exactly afraid of talking over the telephone, its just all these other things that bug me. Without eye contact (which, I'm surprisingly good at, even I believe so), its really hard for me to continue speaking what I need to say and its easy for me to stop speaking if I easily lose my train of thought. Because of this, me and the person on the other line often overlap each other with our speech... Yeah I know, I'm hard to understand.

Well, on the bright side, at least I went to the other auto shop (on foot) but that mechanic wasn't in when I went...

Waiting to hear back from a job I interviewed for a week ago. They said they would let me know Monday but I haven't gotten a call or email.

Also had a phone interview yesterday that was nothing to write home about. He said they were interviewing 10 other people, so I pretty much ruled out the idea of going any further with that.

Had 2 exams that I felt pretty confident about but after I actually took them, I immediately knew that I could have done so much better. Got a B+ on one that should have been an A and I don't know how I did on the other one, but I ran out of time before I could complete the last problem/draw the chart. No reason why I shouldn't have gotten perfect scores. I've just been feeling really tired all the fucking time. I kind of want to just quit and do something else, somewhere else for awhile. Find another full-time technical writing job, whenever one might pop up. I don't know. But my GPA is good and this was just the first round of exams (there will be a couple more plus the finals) and I've invested too much in going back to school to just fuck off now.

You guys seem to be doing good mostly, keep up the energy and making positive things happen for yourselves.

Finally got the call done, and meeting with my buddy at 2:30 tomorrow. Finally, after like an hour of clearing and focusing my head to make this call and dealing with the (oh noez!) terrible, terrible fact that people sometimes don't have their cell phone turned on. I really hate cell phones.

Oh well, now its done and I can get my purple car fixed and enjoy my March.

I felt like Barb today.

The guys I was working with were eating lunch at a Chinese place, but I wanted a slice of pizza from the place next door. So I got my slice and went into the Chinese place and ate with them.

It was a full slice and not a q-slice, though.

I just got back from getting an emergency root canal, and was prescribed week ass pain meds. (:_(

I don't care what anyone says. My root canal was one of the most awesome things I've had done. I went from not being able to chew on one side of my mouth because of random sharp pain (I had an oddly places filling that kept slipping) to suddenly liking food again in a few hours. :heart-full:

Took Tinker to the vet the other day. He was SO good, all calm and everything. He was just chillin' on the table, making himself at home.

He got annoyed when they were checking him and gave him a shot, but other than that he was enjoying himself. He even tried to climb into the assistant's lap and stole her chair once or twice to see what she was doing on the computer.

didn't get the job, gonna try for a different one.

did some catching up with an internet friend who i hadn't contacted for 4-5 years. turns out they had just been wondering where I was :ninja: they're doing pretty awesome now, after a hard time!

I have many mundane plans for today.

and I always have my zillion little pet projects.

I'm doing pretty good. Finally got my income taxes filed, and that's a huge relief for me. I always stress out around March-April.

Had a faculty interview today to go back to school. Should have a definitive answer on whether or not I can get into a graduate program on Monday. I think I nailed the interview though.

I got me another job at a hotel.

I get to be a room attendant (aka a room cleaner), and I start this coming Monday.
