I passed my Driver's Ed. written test and got my temp license today, then got celebratory Slurpees. It was a fine day.

I realise that often I just spam this thread with mention of drugs, but oh well, its often what affects how my day goes.

Was very weird today. Everyone's stopped smoking weed in college because it's no longer safe.

This means that people are now bringing in MDMA and speed into college and sneaking into the toilets to take it. It's less obvious than smoking outside so people are choosing it over weed.

We snuck off to the tree at the front of college and had a spliff (we're the only ones who aren't too scared to). Someone came down and gave me two tablets of Codeine. First time I've taken anything like Codeine, very weird indeed.

See this is what fucking happens when you stop the stoners from smoking, people go mental on harder drugs and get paranoid.

Agreed. just get drunk or something instead if you can't smoke weed.

I've had a cold for a week and a half, and it went to my right ear today. After dinner I went in to stat care and was diagnosed with an ear infection. I'll be taking amoxicillin for the next few days.

The Good: Peaches and nectarines are delicious right now. I also got compliments on my hair (I wore it down today instead of in pigtails).
The Bad: My left ear was clogged for most of the day.

No, but still good nonetheless.

My alma mater's graduation was today, and I saw on fb that this woman who was a total cuntrag to me* in college graduated with her masters. Life isn't fair.

*=She nearly died from breast cancer a few years ago, so she decided to turn her life around, and go back to school. She got her associates and transferred to my women's college (I did the same thing, we entered the same year), and moved into a dorm room, we were the oldest people on our hall, she was in her early 40s, and I was in my late 20s. My college puts all the transfers on the same hallway. Everybody on the hall got along well with each other -- AT FIRST. Then, around halloween, the transfer hall broke into a little clique. That woman was part of the clique, and perhaps the most hurtful one of all. The transfer clique got so bad that I eventually moved to another building, and college got 100% better.

Went to church early to help set up things (I go to a small church located in an elementary school), played some Oblivion, and I also studied for my math final that is tomorrow. Overall, I had a good day though I do have the anxiety of taking a final that is 30% of a grade. Also have an English final but that one doesn't give me much anxiety compared to math. BTW I kinda hate word problems when it comes to math.

I took my math final today. I'll probably land somewhere around a C+ to a B average. I'll also take my English final in an hour and 22 minutes.

I tried registering for events at Gen Con, which I'm going to this year, and as you can imagine, the moment they opened there was a shitload of people on the site so it was taking forever to process it. It was close to my bedtime, so I'm like "I'll try tomorrow, it's not like everything I want will sell out." I hear Gen Con is mostly geared towards RPGers and those sort of people and I was looking forward to playing board games.

Unfortunately, pretty much every game I wanted to learn how to play has been booked. I think only two or three events out of the four days I'm going to be there I was able to do. I am pissed, I mostly wanted to go to try to play new games because I don't want to spend $60-80 on some elaborate game that takes forever to play if I'm not going to like it, you know? Plus it's a hard sell for people in my game group to play a single game that takes like, 6 hours like some of the games I want to play. Plus I tend to learn best by actually seeing someone play the game and explain it to me, and learn by playing it as opposed to buying the game, trying to figure out the rule manual and then trying it out with my group and getting dozens of questions about technicalities.

I'm really bummed out about it. They say I can buy "generic" tickets and show up and get in if there's a vacancy the day of the event, like if someone forgets to show up but I can't really see myself doing that for every single event I want to do, you know?
