Oh snap. Fresh lemonade is the best. In the summer, I try to road trip to weird Amish flea markets in PA and it's always the best part. Actually, Amish food is awesome in general.

This evening was the first time in days I hadn't had a stress or sinus headache. I finally opened up the ken burns documentary I got for Christmas and began watching it tonight.

I woke up this morning with a splitting headache (but remarkably, not as groggy) and I'm in the school computer lab despite needing to be in colour theory right now. Yeah, only three more weeks of this class to go, then a whole new quarter in April. :D

Today we had employee evaluations. The assistant manager said I'm doing a very good job and that I just need to learn customers' names and get the line at the scale moving. Unfortunately, the full-time position I applied for last month has been pulled.

Still, today was a good day. I did a lot of work: I checked expiration dates, weighed items at the scale, and I stocked mangoes, apples, oranges. peppers, broccoli, carrots, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, tangelos, avocados, and grapefruit. I need to make sure to use my left arm as much as I use my right arm, though, since my right arm hurts a little.

Ohgod it's one of thooose posts.

Bear with me. I'm going to summarize the last two weeks. I've been so very busy over the past two weeks for the most amazing reason ever. My heartsweet visited for Valentines day and stuck 'round a bit! We met this summer on one of the most depressing places on the internet (/r9k/ Omegle) by happenstance, neither of us looking for anything at all, and now here we are meeting up for the first time.
We even went to NYC for the weekend and saw a couple shows...hectic as hell, but so incredibly worth it, even if Christian Love Day kicked our asses a little (the flight back got delayed several hours, and according to my boyfriend, the pilot had no idea what he was doing in the landing/take off).
I even got away with smuggling him away in the dorms for much longer than my school permits it (such a rebel I is :ugeek: ).
Unfortunately, today was the day he had to leave and I have a project to write up...I haven't been getting too much work done the past couple of weeks, yet the only thing I truly regret is him not being able to stay around for longer. It's absolutely amazing! Everything went beautifully and not at all awkwardly like I had imagined. We're kind of disgustingly into eachother right now and he's really just amazing. I'd bore you all with all the goopy disgusting mushy details, so I shall just say he's nothing short of perfect and I love him and leave it at that.
He's coming back in a month for another two week visit, but I miss him already. Skype will be weird now that I know what the real thing is. :(

Not that bad. Not that bad at all.

I downloaded an album today and got to listen to it in the car on the way to school. Today, we got our review for our biology test, and the teacher decided to move it to Wednesday, so now I'm able to go work with my granddad on his property (he's selling it, and needs two young adults who don't ask for much to help him clear it out). He says it'll be hard work and will require me to put my studying aside, but since the test was moved, I seriously have all the time in the world. We ended the day with Whatafat, but no Jojo today because we have to be at my granddad's place tonight.

Almost forgot I got to read a few pages out of this today.

Yes, I'm becoming that boring. The first couple of pages had pictures of skin diseases, and one had a great (gruesome) pic of a guy with neurofibromatosis. Nothing like the stuff you can find online (if you value your sanity, don't look it up), but a nice, informative picture. Although while staring at pictures of peeling/tumor riddled skin is nice, I enjoyed reading the text more. Medicine sounds like an interesting field. Not sure if I'll continue down that path, but I would love to learn about it during my spare time.

When Steve Irwin got stung he pulled the stinger out of his chest. If he were to leave it in and go to the hospital he might have lived (the stinger would've kept the blood from gushing out at once)
But alas, Steve was no doctor :(

Don't let it bleed for more than 10 minutes. It starts to sting. Trust me, that happened to me yesterday.

Today I tried passion fruit and prickly pear. Passion fruit has an interesting flavor, while prickly pear is bland and so not worth the effort (it's called prickly pear for a reason).

I also bought another mango.

Yet someone else on my fb feed is having a baby. I almost cried because I've known the guy since kindergarten, that's 25 years!

Something happened along the way somehow, I don't know when, but it was something or some event that has caused me complete denial of happiness, ever.

I'll never have a job, never have a spouse, or a family, never have my own place, or even my own dog.

I wish I knew why I am so cursed.
