I feel as though there's a serious epidemic of people on the internet who don't understand jokes or memes or anything at all about trolls. Like if you explained to one of them "don't feed the trolls" (after of course explaining that trolls are not monsters who live under bridges but fat virgins who live in their parents' basement) they would look at you with awe, as if your mind must contain such vast intelligence to have come up with this idea, when in reality it's practically a founding rule of the internet.
Its pure narcissism, they believe they're so right they can't possibly think someone won't support them in their sane mind, so non-supporters can't be joking, they actively want to destroy you.

This is what happens when the "normies" get into the Internet, the people who in the 2000s had little interest in the Internet and viewed it as "Nerd stuff" but now suddenly is getting into it, that's what happens when a lot of new people enter into a foreign domain.

Yes, those people never used the internet in the past. I don't know if you've ever heard of him, but there was this guy called Christian Weston Chandler who was on the internet back in 2007. He knew all about how to deal with trolls, unlike people these days.
