Design and creation of firearms is completely legal and arguably constitutionally protected. The ATF even says so. As far as the "he's a kid" thing goes well he did lie to get access to the site so that's on him. In the mean time it wouldn't kill him to learn about the process so long as he waits the apparently 2 years until he's 18 to actually do anything with the knowledge (so long as he's in a non cucked state).
 
@Sodiumaryan I built my first gun when I was 16 (though not one I designed myself). The faggots ITT telling you you shouldn't are gay, don't listen to them. Just be careful.

Get yourself a 3d printer and build some easy and common guns, glocks, hi-points, ARs, etc. Then build something a bit more complicated and DIY like an FGC-9.

Learn CAD. You won't be able to make anything from drawing like yours. Maybe a local community college will have a CAD course, but otherwise there is plenty of material online.

Find a friend with a machine shop that has a nice lathe and mill.

Never post your shit online unless you know it is 100% legal.

Also don't use adult sites like this one while you are a minor, delete discord, stay in school, don't do drugs, etc.
