Why are you arguing with a Mormon about mainstream Christian concepts?I don't think that Christianity is backwards. I just think that there are some parts that concern me as a Jew, mainly the Trinity and the rewriting of the Torah when it is Central to Jewish belief that nothing can be added or removed from it.
The LDS on the Trinity:
Like many Christians, we believe in God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. However, we don’t believe in the traditional concept of the Trinity. We believe that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are three separate beings who are one in purpose.
There are many other, significant differences in beliefs between Mormonism and mainstream Christianity.
Moreover, it's weird that you take such exception to this particular hyperbolic statement the Farms. It's the fucking Farms; hyperbole is the lingua franca (though to be fair you're not the only one with selective umbrage).
