HELP how do I delete a post

I made a post on the forum called "Why you are a bad website (my reasons)" and now when you look up my username (not Jeremiah Tube Gamer my actual username) the thread is the first thing that shows. My parents are going to be so piss off if they see replies on my post.
 
Next to the "watch"' button there's an icon with three dots click on that and it should show a "delete thread" option. Or you could just PM me your social security and I can do it.
