They've been saying this shit for months every single time progression is brought up. Every single time anyone asks them they make up an excuse about "We don't have le time" "We don't have le size". Un-fucking-believable that Pilestedt said changes to progression were years (plural) away from being realized. They seemingly changed their minds on this, but I would never make the mistake of believing anything they say or promise. Most likely they are never going to change leveling or progression, or they'll just wait for another playerbase spergout and pay a company to fix the game again.

This was just a rumor being spread because of janky Discord API bullshit. Some people see more or less reactions every time they restart their client, they weren't deleting them. Removing them would be a fool's errand anyway, they aren't manually going to janny-sweep 11000 accounts for a reaction nor manually remove 11000 reactions that can immediately be re-added when they could just turn off reactions to their announcements.

The fact that another swedish studio was able to release multiple battle passes with 10x the content, for free, and regularly plays the harder difficulty mode (Normal deep dive is still haz 4) is.

They said optimizing the game size would make loading times for the 5 HDD users a grillion times longer (which would slow down the loading times of all players in the lobby) then after enough outcry they said "We tested it and it actually doesn't make any difference at all" and then paid a studio to make the update for them, fucking clowns

Correction, it was less outcry and actually more of the more technically adept members of the player base literally telling them exactly how they can fix this problem without causing the very thing they were afraid would happen.

That's the funny thing, this isn't even an actual announcement. They have no designs or trailer or even a release date to show us, they just told us that they PLAN to do a 40k warbond "later this year".

They basically just told us that GW gave them permission and nothing else.

On average about 30 mins. All the missions are pretty structured so don't expect randomness like HD2 though.

I was referring to their infamously shitty announcement on May 8th where they said progression related fixes were in the "near future" directly contradicting what PIlestedt said about them being years away because they don't give a shit about progression and want to make more warbonds. This was a few days before the CGW was getting posted on the subreddits and was only written into the announcement because they realized just how much Pilesedt pissed people off and needed to damage control.
