Is it coming to the normal store or is this just for premium users?
its not going to be in the warbond, it will be sold in the superstore separately along with this armor set.

New pistol being sold tomorrow has a toggle for guided rounds. It doesn't look like it switches ammo types unfortunately.

I'm not the type of person to start crying about anything that instantly kills, but this seems really underpowered even with the auto-aim rounds. I'd take a bunch more damage over med armor pen to be honest.
 
New rifle kicks ass. It's basically the Pummeler with higher RoF and Medium Pen. Stunlocks the absolute shit out of enemies too.

I'm going to enjoy it as much as I can before the ruin it with a rebalance.

new supercrdeit grind strategy is to drop in green areas of megacities. they are blasted with bunkers. only useful if you have a partner obviously .
 
tired of napalm niggers. guranteed teamkills with that shit because they either drop them on the objective, giving bugs all the time in the world to spawn and call in reinforcements, or they drop them five feet from teammates or on the goddamn extract point and kill half the team

I hate math but the one thing I do with orbitals and some airstrikes is to know the minimum safe distance. 50m with barrages and (usually) 30m with airstrikes. Though apparently this is arcane knowledge to many people.
 
The Pacifier feels weird. Tried it against Predator bugs, it feels good to shoot, and it completely stunlocks medium enemies like hive guards or commanders. But after dumping a full mag into one, it's still alive and we're both left standing there awkwardly staring at each other. The stun lasts just short of reloading another mag, so you can still clear them, but it takes way too much ammo and time, and risks you getting swarmed while it's going on.

At least it's a legitimately good crowd control weapon. You can spray across 3 commanders and back off safely, but you still have the problem of killing them at the end. I had a few good moments saving teammates who were getting swarmed, giving them enough time to escape; but I was then relying on them or on sentries to finish the job.

Maybe it's worth bringing for Illuminate, to get breathing room on the lower HP Voteless swarms and space from Overseers. But I finally burned out on fighting them, so I'll test it later.

Pacifier feels weird
Best way I can think to use it is you take that as your primary and have an antitank support weapon and then have a partner with a machine gun. The pacifier let's you stun stuff long enough for him to kill it and then you can deal with bigger problems with your auto cannon/RR/Quasar. Problem being that level of teamwork is difficult with randoms
 
The armor perk is actually really good. I found out explosive damage is only delt to your chest so the two passives make you ~44% resistant to explosives which is practically the same as the fortified perk. Top it off with the heavy set in the store to reduce an additional 25% damage from all sources and this might be the best survival kit for bots.
