Helicopter copypasta - where did it come from

I see this copypasta frequently on these here boards:

The crew drew lots for this one, I stayed out. Ana, please warm up the helicopter, you're flying left seat. Ken, please fly right seat. Milton and Bob, please assist Mike, the crew chief, after the rest of us have completed the special processing.

I've looked off and on for awhile but I can't figure out. Where did it originate?

It's a JosephStalin special where he posts variations of this copypasta on A&N threads about sexual deviancy, presumably a reference to dropping said deviants from helicopters to kill them. Nobody but him posts this and sometimes users get mad at him for doing it. For whatever reason he will often change the names used.
