I especially love their entire feature where you can put in your own name and see if you're on the list. Yeah, I bet there's no datamining going on there at all.
 
The actual JS code looks pretty shit, tbh. They've used an external form builder, and some of their JS is quite clearly old game code that's been re purposed (Variable names, e.g "game_poll_count" ). They've also been doing development work in their production environment, if you start pulling screenshots by ID, it all starts at ID# 123, with a few suspicious missing blanks. Their custom.js is seems to be entirely self-written code, google and publicwww is giving me nothing.

Edit: Also, VPN and Incognito Mode for this one, folks - It looks like it's doing something fucky with the FB API

I'll rephrase what I said previously : This was written by a teenager. It's completely inept. No validation of user input, only using client side. I give this a matter of days before someone targeted gets fucked off and hacks it. Or just spaffs it with fake voting on the list of "bullies".

Fucking Domains by Proxy. For the uninitiated: They're an affiliate of Godaddy, and they were originally intended so that people could run political advocacy sites without being harassed for it. Unfortunately, over the last few years, they've been increasingly used to run harassment, defamation, and even trademark-infringing websites. Do you remember all those fake sites Oliver and Sam drew up when heating up their war against the Farms? That sort of shit.

I can see what @Rei is shit was getting at with the above, though: Domains By Proxy is quite aware of what it's been used for and has updated their terms of use accordingly. Bullylist absolutely violates numerous Terms of Use of their company, including:
  • Violating the privacy or publicity rights of another User or any other person or entity, or breaching any duty of confidentiality that is owed to another User or any other person or entity (In this case, the user's trust with Facebook)
  • Is illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity (This kind of blacklisting violates the law in multiple states)
  • Promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence against people, animals, or property ("delete your post or we'll have it here forever as a black mark against you" almost certainly counts as extortion)
  • Promotes, encourages or engages in any spam or other unsolicited bulk email, or computer or network hacking or cracking (this site is sitting on the personal information of hundreds of unrelated people and listing them as corroborators to bullies with all their contact information)
Short version: DBP will give up the goods on these assholes if the government, any lawyer, or a corporation takes note of this shit.

It looks like it doesn't stop at people on the target's friends list, but goes after the associated friends of friends lists as well.
Does anyone NOT know someone who knows a jerk (that isnt them)?
 
I'd say we should watch it for now in case they do something dumb, chimp out, or get unwanted attention from elsewhere. Nobody get all high and mighty and report them just yet.
