I'm still disappointed we'll never see Charlie react to an irl serial killer coming to the hotel for redemption.
Isn't that Alaster? Also it doesn't seem like she asks the sinner how they got there. She didn't know Angel killed his dad, until Vox told her. She probably actually has no idea what Alaster did to end up in hell nor did she know what Vox did when she offered him redemption.

I'm referring to non fictional serial killers like Bundy or John Wayne Gacy.

Jesus fucking christ Pentious and Sera's song was like a bad South Park joke that went on even longer than a bad Family Guy joke. I can't believe that at no point during the months it would have taken to make that, no one realized how horrifically bad it was. I am now terrified my friends might find out that I saw it.

Where was that “speaker of god” bird that was clearly implied to be above a fucking seraphim angel in the hierarchy the whole time? Wasted character.
I was wondering this too, surprised she didn’t show up at all or wasn’t even mentioned.

Don't forget Gene Hackman,Leonardo Decaprio, Sharon Stone and Russel Crowe in the "Quick and The Dead". Directed by Sam Reimi, whose camerawork in that film essentially landed him director roles in the original Spiderman Trio.

Legit the best of the best in action movies and westerns at that time.
Damn part of me wonders who had a worse fall from grace mr David or Christopher Lloyd. The last thing I remember him being in was that oogieloves in the big balloon adventure movie. (by way of Brad Jones midnight screening then later cinema snob episode on it)

But at least Keith is still working on something, even if it's essentially voice work on a show that bragged about having pride collection merch for sale....in 2025.

And yes that is taking into account Christopher Lloyd is much older and not as spry as he was in the days of playing doc brown and judge doom.

Boy the people working on this show really love the Vees. Which I guess I can't blame them since they are probably the most entertaining part of the show.

To be fair, I don't think Keith really gives much of a fuck of what he's in, and just likes to do whatever. He was in a movie with a cat fucker a decade ago

Is it just me or does it feel like they've squandered Vox in the same way they did with Adam? The writing seems to be getting worse.

Christopher Lloyd was in "Nobody" recently which I found him to be really funny in. He's doing all right all things considered for his age.

This is nothing new. The story itself has been flanderized since the show transitioned from pilot to real show. You can tell mainly in the characters, especially Alastor for example;

Alastor before-polite, never swears, more jovial and likable, somewhat less edgey overall, more mysterious.

Alastor now-edgelord, cusses as much as the other characters, less jovial and charismatic and more mocking and sassy. Predictable despite the manipulative behavior. Relies too much on acting creepy and psychotic to keep any aspect of mystery.

I'm getting a glimpse of that "care bears" ending everyone's talking about (in Screencaps i'll watch over the weekend)

And I gotta say its...it's just too damn funny for me to be mad at it. And I mean unintentionally funny. Like...I hope someone remembers Doug walkers old care bears clip amd dubs it over this clip soon.

This one btw.

For a character that was supposed to be a not-at-all reference to Donald Trump, a racist, a narcissist, a manipulator of the masses, and a parody of the creator's chud right critics, he is still the best part of the entire show.

Everyone likes him more than the main character and finds his motivations more interesting the redemption plotline. For the last two weeks it has been nothing but alternative universe endings and fan animations of Vox, and they cooked up all these different ideas that were better than what was delivered.

The voice actor alone carried the entire season. The marketing gave the Vees more push than the hotel. This fucking nigger got more songs than anybody else. Even when Vox spergs out and obsesses over Alastor, looking like an A-log, he was still winning anyway. He walked Lucifer in a jar.

I've never seen an antagonist hyped up this much to where the writers put themselves in a corner and have to rush his downfall through friendship magic.

Could go on about how the fans all agree the ending was anticlimactic and should have ended with Heaven getting it's gate broken as like a step one to a greater invasion plan for season three. People really wanted to see if the fucker could confront God.

I like Alastor despite his obvious Mary Sue qualities, but Vox is so great that I wonder if defeating him in season 2 will come to haunt the show as a terrible waste the way killing Doakes so early hurt Dexter.

I got more Anchorman vibes for some reason
It's mainly that both Vox and Bruce are both ambitious news people who want to be anchormen, with Bruce being a reporter for local field stories while Vincent "Vox" White Man was a simple weather reporter

Well Vox will still be around, but have a different role (probable redemption arc given Vivzie said he has been "humbled"), as for if he'll still be fun, it's unknown, but at least this season gave us enough to really have a fill for people who like the character.

And I will continue below with Season colors now:
Season 1 - Red (Adam)
Season 2 - Blue (Vox)
Season 3 - Yellow (Lute)
What does this mean? Is it political Does Lilitroon show up or not, Viviane, you fat cunt?
I'm wondering if her saying Lute is a sleeper villain means she won't really be an antagonist next season, which means S3 might not even have a main antagonist.
Hopefully!
Green is definitely Alastor, purple is definitely Lilith, or whoever the hell she actually is, because she wears a purple dress.

S5 going back to red surprises me a bit, since not only has it not been officially greenlit yet (though I'm sure it has behind the scenes given S2 was a success), because I was pretty sure Viv wanted 6 seasons overall.
Hopefully Adam shows up, would be interesting - that's a theory.
And with Alastor as Green, wonder what happens to him? He rules hell with Emily and Season 5 is the consequence of that? He will help the cast against Kangaroo?
The only thing that will make this show any fun again is if Adam’s soul somehow ended up in hell and he is actually alive. That would be amazing. We should all boycott until we get chaddam back for real.
I wish...

I wonder how soon it’ll be until we get specific leaks about S3, lol (other than the ones we already have).

I may very well be setting myself up for disappointment, but I have to admit that I’m curious about what A24 saw in that season that was apparently so great, that it made them pick the entire series up.

I half wonder if Viv is kicking herself now because Kpop Demon Hunters did the same damn type of finale WAY BETTER only a few months ago. :lit: What in the Care Bears fuckin hell. I was actually chill with everything until that.
