Still, we got the final song names and with it the VAs in it, and unless the final song uses background characters such as Love in a bottle having Niffty's, Cherri's, and Velvette's VAs, we know who's in it, and it does include all the VAs for the Vees. (Really it basically includes everyone except Lucifer, Sera, and Angel)

It would be pretty weak if they rush Sera's "redemption" by having her take the hit that was aimed at Pentious or another Sinner or something rather than continue to work through her issues.

I mean yeah it's just Vox is the type of villain who plays on actual problems to take advantage of those concerns for his own benefit.

Really Viv? That's what you would have wanted to spend the extra screentime on? Not on the multiple things you had to speedrun through? Not more on Heaven that has become an integral part to the the show? Not on characters that haven't gotten a lot of development to them like Niffty or Baxter? I think that this is proof enough that if Viv got all the episodes she wanted, the pacing of the show would still be atrocious. Also, Helluva Boss is another example since she had complete control of that show.

Also Viv, maybe you could have gotten those scenes of Alastor with the other two Vees if you had gotten rid of some of those songs. Like believe me, Vox has been the highlight of this season and I enjoy hearing him sing, but even I think he doesn't need ten musical numbers.

Lmao, I actually sort of enjoy the direction Viv is taking Alastor, he's just a straight up evil asshole which is what I wanted out of him, and I almost wish we got a scene of the two interacting positively, since it's bound to piss off a lot of his fangirls.

I feel like the fangirls might like him more for it actually. I know it most here might find it odd, but this fandom is very unhinged.

I think on more how Alastor would get along with someone like Val and Vel. Alastor has a strong distaste for modern technology, and Val's and Vel's main gimmick are heavily tied to that. I feel as he would be more annoyed by these two if anything.

But the people behind these shows also say Blitzø would get along with Charlie, so what do I know.

Fucking lol. I remember after the pilot aired Alastor and Angel were the most popular yaoi because they're two men who exist next to each other and because the VAs played into it for fun. Fans would write pages upon pages of hurt/comfort where Angel got raped and Alastor, his heccin overprotective boyfriend, would snap and go ballistic on Valentino. In reality Alastor has never been shown to care about Angel and the only two characters who would want to kick the shit out of Valentino are Cherri and Charlie. But they're, you know, women.

Val has gotten a LOT more popular with his characterization in S2. Only the most hardcore Angel simps still loathe him to the same level he was loathed after S1E4.
It helps that Angel abuse has pretty much become his defining character trait, so it's not even unique to Val anymore.
