So before we all start talking about ep 3 and ep 4 (because I haven't watched it yet), I just wanted to say that Vassagio got Dia de os Muertos merch.

That is all.

E3 Recap
>Charlie attempts to redeem Angel after no one other than the hotel members believes her about Pentious
>Cherri/Pentious song
>Charlie song (probably the worst song of the season)
>Angel's sin turns out to be that he killed his father
>some light Huskerdust ship teasing
>Cherri decides to permanently stay at the hotel

Honestly, not a lot happened this episode.

E4 Recap
>Alastor quits
>Alastor/Rosie song
>Charlie interviews Katie
>Katie reveals that the Exterminations have only been going on for seven years
>Niffty song, includes some Japanese verses for meme pandering
>Alastor gets sick of Rosie being an unhelpful Jewess and calls out Vox
>Vees start beating his ass
>Niffty and Husk come to help him, get their asses kicked
>Alastor agrees to be Vox's prisoner in exchange for letting Niffty and Husk go as well as not harming Charlie
>Vox's real name is Vincent
>Vox/Alastor song that is Rosie song reprise
>a shit-ton of Vox/Alastor ship teasing

Very much a pair of bridge episodes. Things happen, but nothing that explosive.

Was it least decent merch?
I mean I guess it's okay. I'm sure the pin will be of shit quality as usual.

Alright, I haven't watched episodes yet, but seriously? The exterminations have only been going on for 7 years? The same time that "Lilith" has been gone for.

You know, I did have a theory that "Lilith' ending up in Heaven somehow was the catalyst for Sera to start the exterminations, but I didn't think it was actually going to be true. Because yeah. No wonder Sera would start freaking the fuck out.

It's gonna be fun to see how that British queer who makes three-hour reactions to each episode is going to react to that.
He's absolutely despised Sera since her introduction, claiming she's been allowing this for thousands of years. The fact that it's been going on for less than a decade and coincided with Lilith moving to Heaven makes her a lot more justified.

The first scene of the show talks about the exterminations in the context of that book Charlie has, which is implied to be a childhood story book. I guess Viv realized how stupid it was that almost all of Heaven had no idea about them when they were a thing for eons.

Also if Vaggie was created/named by Adam, doesn't that mean Charlie is dating a seven year old when she's around 200?
So, seems the mobster thing is intact. Though, really killing his oldman seems kinda small potatoes with Dagon knows how many bodies he probably stacked up.
Calling it now, Angel killing his mob boss dad will be his only major sin, because there's no way they're going to have Angel actually have been an objectively bad person while alive.

Did you all see it the episodes on Prime or the high seas?
I haven't watched the episodes yet. I have ny own source that I watch it from. Doesn't mean I won't check out spoilers because I don't care about having to see the episodes before knowing what is going on.

And here I thought the Rosie/Alastor song was going to break the fandom.

I still can't watch the episodes, but I do want to know if Baxter does anything of importance. It just feels like he was added into the show soley because he was a big part back in production days. There's just so many other characters' trying to speed-run through their arcs because of the limited episodes that I feel he'll be pushed to the wayside and just take up screentime for the other characters that are supposed to matter.

So all the sex and drugs didn't send him to Hell?
This show seems to treat it like everyone has one big moment of sin they're centered on. Probably because its less abstract, than years of chemical dependence and meaningless sex.

“Indeed the safest road to Hell is the gradual one--the gentle slope, soft underfoot, without sudden turnings, without milestones, without signposts"
-The Screwtape Letters
