Well Vox was one of the only few characters I did like in season 1. But knowing how the writing usually goes, he'll probably be one of my most hated characters by the end of this season.
I'm pretty sure one of the story board artists behind Angel Dust has a bdsm fetish, recording himself doing the Poison dance and put it in youtube, and even trooned out because of him. So the story does have someone blatantly shoving in fetishes in it.

I'm a bit skeptical of this, mainly because Viv can't keep her mouth shut so she would 100% talk about how we would be getting some Angel Dust backstory this season if this is true, plus a couple episodes are boiled down to a single plot point, you think the alleged leaker would at least give more details than that, nevertheless it will be confirmed if Vox's first song is titled 'Once we get up there'.
This was one of my main gripes with the show. Sure Hell is supposed to be full of depravity, anguish, and misery, but the show treats hell less like….Hell, and more like a quirky high school drama.

The part with Angel Dust is the biggest red flag regarding this leak's legitimacy. In the early stages of Season 2, Viv confirmed we were going to learn Alastor's backstory and why Sir Pentious is in Hell. Hardly anything on Angel Dust. I heard people claim Blake mentioning that Angel and Val's relationship was going to be shown as less black and white, but excluding being Vox's butt buddy, there are no plot points regarding Valentino nor Velvette, despite that they're meant to be this collective force, never mind the rest of the cast. With how bloated the roster is, everyone's gonna be fighting for screen time.

To be entirely fair, I don't think Viv is the type to do that. She's a hack writer who can't differentiate yaoi smutfics from an actually positive relationship but she doesn't write people into her show to kill them.

Im one of the people that got interested in vivienne s work on hh thanks to the youtube algorithm, back to before she released the pilot. I found all her other work uninteresting and uninspiring tbh, i will respect the amount of work and mastery behind her animations but it stops there. I know that there are a lot of animators out there that work as independent artists, what personally I appreciated of her back then was the dedication to this project and how it gained collaborators that were genuinely interested in making this cartoon happen. It was such a momentum. For someone like me for example that works in art and is a huge lover of comics/animation in general, it was so uplifting to see so many people coming together and having fun with it, and the result is to this day imho wonderful. Perfect? No, but perfection doesnt exist. You can feel the love and care behind the creation of the pilot, and probably this is what made me "fall in love" so hard with it. I can understand that mostly everything that goes from underground to commercial will lose some of its magic, but holy shit this has been a complete trashfire so far.
