Couple more things about the premier I found interesting.
Firstly, to the surprise of absolutely no one, the audience was a shitshow, with hecklers apparently fucking up a couple takes of live songs that were being taped for release at a time (Rumors also say is it's to make the songs technically eligible for a Tony award but I'm not well-versed enough in this to confirm if that would be possible), someone demanding the VAs of Charlie and Vaggie to kiss, and the ushers not really doing anything to prevent this.

Secondly, despite almost all the major cast being there as is standard for premieres, Keith David was completely absent. I'll assume it was as simple as a scheduling conflict but knowing the audience was bad even by this fanbase's standards, he definitely lucked out.

Vaggie is already too established a character to changer her name, methinks. Too much merchandising with her already recognized name for Vivzie to change. So yeah, by the end of the season she'll be keeping her name.

Or, if the rumors of Lute killing her are true, she'll tell Charlie her new name she wants to be remembered by right before she dies in the big season finale emotional moment.

And I'm not surprised Keith David wasn't there. He hasn't done anything public for Hazbin since that one karaoke event for the show's premiere. I imagine he is too old to deal with this bullshit and because he is probably the most well known out of all these VAs he doesn't have to subject himself to this torture.

Actually, Richard Horvitz isn't Baxter's VA. Kevin Del Aguila is. Richard is the voice director for Hazbin Hotel, so I guess we can blame him for Valentino's inconsistent accent and Vaggie sounding completely dead inside.

It's a camrip with shitty audio, but they show parts of the Charlie and Vaggie song, and Angel Dust getting hypnotized where the camera isn't even pointed at the damn monitor for half of it.

This is just absurd at this point.

- Angel Dust's going to therapy? As in, he's taking the hotel on-screen seriously, right? Like, they're seriously not suggesting he goes to a separate location to deal with his problems, which would make the entire hotel meaningless
- Charlie's having a mental breakdown over Sir Pentious but not Razzle? All the more reasons for why his death didn't contribute to anything whatsoever
- No mention of Cherri Bomb? I was about to predict her ditching the hotel in the premiere, but she was in Guaranteed and the joke of everyone calling out Niffty for saying Baxter's the new Pentious, so that's probably going to be held off for Episode 3 given her appearances in the following episodes according to the leak.

So in other words, a whole bunch of nothingness with even more nothingness added to the mix. Can't wait to watch.

Jesus christ. I know this fanbase is autistic as hell, but I noticed audiences everywhere are out of control with the retardation and lack of decorum during live performances. I'm guessing it's the terminally online Covid kids who are now adults and they don't know how to socialize or behave in public? I went to see a theater show a few months ago and during the preshow announcement a stagehand came out to warn the audience that hecklers or anyone causing disturbances would be asked to leave. And even after that, there were retards literally shouting out memes and TikTok noises in the audience during the show. It was an 18+ show and it made me feel like an ancient motherfucker just being there. It's getting unbearable out there
