You can tell Millie was retconned into being Blitzo's "best friend" because he never had a sexual joke with her again, which ironically made her have even less depth as now they have no dynamic and millie is reduced (from what lol) to emotional support.

God, i forgot which person made the critique video but i remember someone pointing out that Vivzie is, ironically, "not progressive enough" because she reinforces the idea that Blitzo and Angel cannot possibly have healthy relationships with multiple people as they're only fucking others because they're depressed and need to find and marry their single true love that will make them mentally healthy.

It's kind of a stretch and i'm not one to purity test others but it makes ya think for a bit. I see this pattern within bigger sucessful creators who pander to lgbt.

Gays and lesbians are allowed but only in heteronormative top/bottom and butch/liptstick presentation. Nonbinaries are valid yet they curiously always look like androgynous females, as the idea of being NB and wearing a dress is absurd. You get one (1) trans woman in the background. Asexuals exists but never explicitly and if it's mentioned, it will NOT be romantic cause the creator don't believe that shit's real. Bisexuals and pansexuals are everywhere but poliamory isn't real as true love comes from monogamous marriage.
 
Do we even have proof that helluverse is profitable? I know the market of fujo consoomers is wide, but is it actually wide enough to sustain a ridiculously complicated animation?

Besides, horrifyingly, a huge part (if not the majority) of the fanbase are children, and they can't pay for shit (and in that specific case they can't ask their parents either, for that would be rightfully embarrassing).

I mean, that depends on how many people will sub to Amazon Prime an etc, how much viewer retention they have and how many viewer numbers it'll bring. If we go by merch sales, that's kinda tricky if kids order stuff online or if they go to their local Hot topic for this.

Aren't streaming services at risk right now because people just pirate their stuff? I began to hear that narrative more and more recent months.

I mean, it's the same story as "Oh, game companies are at risk because of muh piracy," nobody can ever give a proper number to the "piracy horror" stuff and they're just vague about it. 'Cause realistically speaking, those numbers are probably very small.

I'm pretty sure majority of people who pirate would never even consider buying a product. Partially even for those who do buy some games.
For example, I like playing Hearts of Iron 4 sometimes, but FUCK paying for all those DLC, when """Ultra""" Edition doesn't even HAVE all current DLC's. I bought Europa Universalis 4 for around 25-30$ on discount specifically because Ultra Edition HAD all of the important gameplay DLC's. And until this greedy, deceptive scumfuckery won't stop, I won't stop pirating that crap - as simple as that. And if all the torrent links for it will disappear - I will simply move on to different game. Same with most of those who pirate movies/games - they WILL NOT buy a product in majority of the cases

Please let this happen. It will be the funniest shit ever if that's the thing that will make these fans upset with Viv: not having a yaoi ship be canon.

I think you're right, it's hard to find official statistics about piracy, because piracy in it's nature is a very unofficial and mostly undocumented thing (people who pirate aren't vocal about it).

But if I had to guess, I'd say streaming services suffer/will suffer more. Even with modern game politics (DLCs and other cancerous shit) there are still games worth buying.

Games are:
-Different (genres, artstyles etc.),
-Priced differently,
-Often have creator appeal: some are indie games made by creators people like specifically, who they'd like to support.

Streaming services are:
-All made by soulless companies (so no creator appeal),
-Often lack content / regionlock it / take it down without a warning (think of how you can't watch Song of the South on Disney+ anymore).
-Have "exclusive content". Which actually means content is scattered around different streaming services. If you want to watch both Animaniacs and Lady and the Tramp - you'd have to pay for both Hulu and Disney+. Even if Animaniacs is the only thing you want to watch on Hulu, you'll still have to pay full price. People will 99% pirate in that instance.

I have yet to watch HH so this might not make sense, but as neat as Loona's design is, she always had a slight "Angel Dust head" to me and I can't unsee it in some shots.
