The showrunners sure fumbled the bag fucked up in non zoomer speak if that's the case, since Blitzø and Stolas are shown fucking in a good number of their interactions yet couldn't have a more complicated and toxic relationship dynamic if they tried.

As for Millie, she's the worst written female character in the show, beating out Stella by a narrow margin. Now I love me some Stella, but the writers did her dirty which I don't expect to change this season. Maybe we'll get a side story of her back at the ranch convincing Sallie Mae to 41% or something? A guy can dream, can't he?

Apparently there was a flashback of how her and Chaz got together in the Ex's and Oh's episode but that got cut out due to time. They really needed that screentime for the bouncing dildos, you see?
 
Just saw that episode zero and they really set themselves to just remove anything that made the pilot appealing in the first place, they were some visual gags that I found funny but in its entirety this episode is the clearest proof of how much the overall quality of the writing has gotten worse.

It's like that's the only way the show can get the audience to know that "Hey, these two people love each other. Look how much they're kissing". Because sex = love. The show tells us how much they are in love with each other, but it never stops for a moment to tell us why. Why does Moxxie love Millie? Why does Millie love Moxxie? Ya know, I always wondered when it came to Heaven, Viv never went with a simple concept of it being beraucracy hell and sort of corporate in fighting. Like, you sort off have that shit with Sera, she ran this secret operation on exterminaiting sinners. Why not play up that angle as well, how there are Angels who do their job properly of guiding souls or seeing those who deserve blessing or damnation, but then there are also who take shortcuts or backstab other angels, maybe to somehow get a better rank or position so they switch documents of where souls go to hell for minor crimes (like Pentious and not telling about Jack), while say more fucked up types get into Heaven for like some favor in return or shit like that.

I think that would be far more interesting, can even explain the Heaven building located in Hell, maybe why Lucifer still keeps contact, say maybe after being cast he and God or Michael made this agreement, how Lucifer needs to check that actual fucked up types endes in Hell and how there isnt any mix up. Maybe how Adam should also been helping, how the two couldnt really work together as Lucifer eventually gave up as he fell into depression or heck maybe because of the two constantly arguing and thus nothing getting done. Maybe one argument got Adam mad enough (say bringing up Abels death), that he started telling Sera an old story how Lucifer is back on his "Im gonna overthrow Heaven and start a 2nd war" kick so Sera would allow this murder spree.

It's weirdly stilted and glossy in the same way the other amazon shit is but at least they tried doing goofier animations this time, even if they're like... really fucking oddly paced and heavily referential to other things.

Fucking "it's graggling/morbin time" reference within the first few minutes and weirdly a reference to that one constantly used reaction scream gag from bobobo at 2:53-ish.

I know it's a joke, but at least Blitzø had the decency to apologize to Stella for fucking her husband. Stolas would never as he says "he didn't hurt her". I guess he would only apologize if he shot Stella in the fucking head because that would probably hurt her. And even then...

There's also this fact that Stella just never went to bed and spent the entire night entertaining her guests which a good writer would actually lean into on the differing personalities between Stella and Stolas and their roles. I already made mention before in this thread that we see Stolas a lot in his bathrobe/loungewear and he also sleeps in. By the time he wakes up, Stella is dressed perfectly and is already doing shit.
 
Mission Zero was such a nothingburger episode. Also I thought the point of putting the show on Prime so it could be uncensored or whatever. Why is the Stolas stuff still censored?

Nah, that's Moxxies turf. Seriously, the lil' guy gets shipped with Loona, Stella, grown up Octavia, Verosika even. Though, I can see why he does have a much cuter apperance, his love for musicals AND can be a bad ass when needed.
 
My only question from this Mission Zero thing is how many fucking times is Viv going to rewrite and retcon the pilot? It's like every season she has to redo the start of the show to make it more in line with her faggot doll mashing ideas.

Not the same. OG trilogy was just minor edits and adding cgi or putting cut scenes back in (with cgi put over them like the OG jabba appearance where he was initially gonna just be a fat space mobster that got cut for time). There was actual vision behind the OT edits, as fucking autistic as they were. This is the equivalent of going "oh yeah new hope? never happened. not canon" after some shit like what happened int he disney sequel movies happened, and then they remade new hope after saying it wasnt canon for like a whole ass year or 2 without the spark that the OG had.
