It's very simple really. In their minds, their characters have been well thought out and are complex. They just can't translate that for the outside world to see. The Millie thread Viv wrote is a great example of that. She tells all the the many things about Millie; it's just never really shown in the actual show itself. Same thing for Stolas' and Blitzø's relationship. Much of the development happens in her head and she just skips it in the show.

This isn't actually too uncommon. Getting stuck in your head with your story, and forgetting to look through the lenses of the audience. It's why you get people who are not involved in your project to review before you officially show it for all the world to see.

I see alot of people who hate this relationship say that Adam is abusive to her. Compared to all of the other relationships in the show. I honestly thought there was more connection in these two, and thought she didn't care for his sexist comments because she knows him better than others. As well as being Adam's fucking tard wrangler because hes immature and she balances him out, and he gives her a more "relaxed" perspective. I mean hell they hangout together drinking soda, if they didn't like eachother in someway they wouldn't hangout outside of work. Plus, I feel like Lute is the kind of girl who just would ignore him if she didn't want to be around someone.

Lets be honest every Vivziepop character has some kind of brain damage. Either from the writers being retards, the characters themselves being retarded, or the world they live in relies on retard logic. There is no middle ground or mentally normal characters in these shows.
