My read was she was a murder victim and possibly a prostitute, or possibly a higher grade criminal herself. And look how that turned out (i.e. retarded).
Vaggie probably went through not only the most redesigns, but rewrites on her backstory. She was a goth prostitute who died in the 80s, then an emo pastel girl who most likely committed suicide in the 2010s, and now she's an ex-exorcist that is Charlie's girlfriend. This is not even mentioning all the little stuff that changed during the transition of Zoophobia to Hazbin Hotel and during the production of HH; like Vaggie going to the same demon high-school as Charlie. Don't...ask why a Sinner would go to high-school in Hell.

Don't mean to double post but I wanted to announce that the Kickstarter for the Helluva Boss game starts in about a hour.
If you sign up for the the First Blood Rewards as an initial backer, you can get thr game for a whole dollar.

I wonder if the game would be as confusing as the show.
Apparently the game is using the old lore of them using the grimoire for a portal to Earth.

This is unrelated to the game but the introduction of the asmodeus crystal was probably the second worst thing to have happened to this show; the first obviously being Stolitz shit.

The instructions will all be rendered in fake Cyrillic like that church shooter's manifesto.

Eve is another tragic villain because she gets the blame for eating the forbidden fruit, while Adam doesn't even though he also ate
"Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man (Adam), and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned." St. Paul's epistle to the Romans, 5:12

Even in works like Paradise Lost, Adam is often given a greater share of the blame for his fall than Eve for hers. God is clearly not stoked with either of them, as they're both kicked out of the paradise of the Garden, and are cursed, along with all mankind with suffering, and their eventual deaths.

Will this card game attract autists and sexual deviants like yugioh and pokemon attracted Chris Chan?
It’s probably just going to be a single card game, not an entire card collection game. I don’t expect it to really have much impact, and even if it did Vivzie would find a way to fuck it up. Also, I’m not exactly convinced this will sell well at all. I don’t know how the average Helluva Boss fan (12 year old) is supposed to convince his or her parents to buy this very violent and edgy card game.

Is it supposed to be a card game? Cause due to the minis presentes and the score on the cards, I was assuming its something like a Clue type game.

Here's some quality Stella art for all you Stella lovers out there. The beach one looks like it's straight out of the show. @Friendly Primarina @didelphigina et al you know who you are.

While not a humanoid bird enthusiast myself, it will be kind of logical to make Stella "hot" to exploit the femme fatale villain trope.
It may be cliché, but I can't shake the thought that Stella being very mild about sexual inuendos (contrary to Stolas) is also a factor about people not disliking her, she looks and act so normal compared to the rest of the cast. She's just some annoying rich trophy bird beard wife, she doesn't inspire danger at all.

I feel like this Kickstarter going to go as well as the Hazbin playbill fiasco.

What was the fiasco surrounding that for the uninformed such as myself?
I don’t have any pictures on hand from the whole thing, but basically there was an $80 pre-order package for the first season that contained a Broadway style playbill along with things from the other packages, like trading cards and a keychain. It took somewhere around a year for these playbills to be distributed, and during that time people were like “hey, what gives?” This was addressed a couple times in the form of in character roleplay emails. First Husk cussing out the recipients and telling them to be patient, then Charlie claiming that Alastor wanted to use an old fashioned printing press, which Nifty got jammed into for months. *Then*, before they came out Charlie was like “Okay we got Nifty unstuck, it’s running smoothly!” When the playbills finally came in, I don’t think they were very worth the wait and price.

Reminds me of the Fallout 76 canvas bag situation all over again. I checked out a Reddit post featuring them and I understand why people were upset. Most of it isn't even in color which makes zero sense for an animated project of that scale. That being said, Husk cussing out paying customers is very in character for him.

This will depend on what sum they're initial goal is gonna be and if they'll be having any stretch goals. Best case scenario if the Kickstarter flops, people won't lose the money with the donations. Now, having taken a look at the Kickstarter page, the game sounds like a very simple party game, actually kinda sounds like the Nightmare games, just minus the VHS tape. Since it's PvP, with players using cards, magic tricks and etc to beat the other players.

We got a trailer for Helluva Boss going on Prime. It actually makes the show not look like a complete shit-show.

Do you think when this show is out on Prime, will there be more new fans or new haters? Or my favorite, people who have no interest in checking it out?
The magic of trailer editors is they can make just about any show or movie look good if they're competent, using a recent example 28 Years Later had a fantastic one, but when it came out it was one of the few movies that I ever seriously considered walking out on and maybe had the dumbest ending I have ever seen.

I don't think the Prime release will have much of a notable effect. Maybe you'll see a few random people on Twitter talk about how they just found out about this show, liked S1, only to see just how bad S2 is, but that will be it.

The trailers for Suicide Squad managed to make that movie not look like a horrific pile of shit.
