Because by that point they were using an Asmodean crystal to travel to the living world, which was perfectly legal. They were only on the hook for using the Grimoire, which Stolas took the blame for.

I'm not up on Hellaverse worldbuilding, but it's my understanding that I.M.P. is a legitimate business operating under Asmodeus' name.

How does this help Asmodeus at all tho? I thought his crystals are only for sucubus to fuck people on earth for the sake of spreading lust or something (thus why it comes with disguise system) and not to kill humans for money. But then Barbie has her own and she sells drugs so maybe hers is legal too so what do i know. I think Stolas bought a crystal and gifted Blitzo and it doesn't seem to be regulated at all. And satan doesn't care because Blitzo's crime wasn't going to earth, it was "stealing" the grimoire from royalty.

Sorry, this is unrelated and i'll go on some autismo rant: Let me try to think this backwards. Why do you need "legal permission" to go to earth? I cannot find a real reason, only fanon excuses. That implies you need certain qualification but Blitzo sure as hell has zero and this would not be a secret. There is no way the police doesn't know he went to earth and killed people. So it it can't be "interfering too much with earth upsets heaven/lucifer" (another fanon). But it that's "legal" then what could possibly be "illegal"?

The whole conflict of the show went to shit with asmodean crystals as it raises the "why didnt blitzo just get one like barbie?" plot hole. So lets ignore season 2 and think of season 1. Why would Blitzo need the book specifically? The most logical reason would be that going to earth is not easy, you need a high magic artifact. Verosika can but she didnt use a crystal in season 1, we simply assumed SHE could do it because SHE is a succubus (turns out she needs a rock, big nerf). Blitzo is an imp and has no powers, maybe he could but certainly not by himself.

It sounds like if someone (sin or Goetia) "sponsored" Blitzo and opened portals for him this would easily be legal and there would be no problem, but the irony is that Blitzo would never let that happen. He has to be his own "Helluva Boss" and if the only way to do it was stealing from some rich prick he would do it. One could argue blitzo got away because no one takes him seriously and assume he's not really the actual boss. This entire conflict only works in helluva boss.

Sorry for the autistic rambling, it's just, the show had an actually well thought out premise that only works due to how the world built itsef. A low class hellborn wants to be his own boss and opens a business where he kills humans for paying sinners, but he can't go to earth without help so he sells his own body for a demon prince's book. It's such a funny but tragic idea when you think about it. Blitzo didn't want to be a slave but the only way to do it was becoming a sex slave. His biggest pride became his biggest shame and he can only cope by pretending he enjoys the sex.

And then vivzie killed it all because the ship took off and this is now The Stolas Show so they had to fall in love, break up and get together with stolas losing his powers in the same season.

Doesn't seem to be regulated at all
This is especially odd because in the same episode where Blitz is given the crystal, Stolas explicitly says that Blitz would be under the jurisdiction of Asmodeus, but that has meant jack shit because it's never come up again. The premise had potential but the whole thing is riddled with plot holes and ideas that get brought up once and are never taken seriously again.

It's even worse because Stolas awknowledges Blitzo going to earth was NOT legal so him being under asmodeus jurisdiction means nothing since no one cared before nor during the trial and won't care in the future either. This completely ignores Blitzo's desire to be independent and the idea that it should be impossible for low class imps.

Stolas: This imp has a business he runs. He needs to access the mortal realm to carry out his work. I know your demons are some of the only ones who can traverse freely and legally. I was wondering if you could assist me in... finding a way he could too?

"Hey leader of this land, my friend has been breaking the law publically for a while, can you give him a license so he can keep doing the same thing but without being law breaking anymore?" How is traversing the illegal part and not killing humans? Why did Stolas never care about Blitzo breaking the law back then much less after being retconned to always love him? Verosika didn't care despite hating blitzo. Stella was fully aware and didn't care and it's only excusable because she's retarded now.

The one person who SHOULD care is Asmodeus and he literally doesn't. This makes you think law doesn't mean shit anyway haha it's hell but then in the same episode you have Crimson hire a lawyer and force Asmodeus to write a real contract that LEGALLY gives him all his "factory assets" and like, why would this contract matter? Stolas says "a deal with a sin is everlasting" without explaining why (how rwby) so what is stopping asmodeus from simply shooting Crimsom right after the deal? He kills the lawyer later anyway.

The law wasn't that important in season 1 but there wasn't much focus on it, it was easier to assume either no one cared or assumed blitzo was working for a high class since he's an imp. Season 2 the law is is this nonsensical anti-world building tool that actively contradicts and plot holes itself because vivzie wants contrivances for drama or say blitzo and moxie met in jail.

With whom? Andrealphus? I thought that was a one-sided thing.

I just wanted an excuse to post the cutest Stella I have ever seen.

This is only a joke you’d make if you’ve watched the whole first season. This seems like one of those things where he wants to make fun of the show for having gay retarded messaging (which it does) but also he clearly likes the show to some extent and has a soft spot for the characters. That Sir Pent is way too cute for someone who wants to make fun of furries lol

Our CULTURE has been POISONED. Once hell was a center of power, but THEN came Stolas. They tell us to ACCEPT this, to ACCEPT this tumor of DEGENERACY that has been brought upon US. NO! NO I SAY! This will NOT be allowed to continue! I have ALREADY spoken to Mussolini, Timur, and Caligula and THEY agree with me. STOLAS MUST DIE! STOLAS MUST DIIIIIEEEE!

THE VOLK MUST MARCH ONCE MORE!

Okay, Im guessing the game has a point system if one looks at the cards and I suppose if the guys are targets, so maybe its like Clue? Only each player needs to guess who used what to kill the target or whom was the target and what weapon was used.
MRW a board game based off the series has a more consistent premise than the show itself.

Most we got I think is the ending S1 where Blitz looks tearful at the old photo of him, Barbie and their mother. Now, that doesn't indicate a tragic backstory, but does give one a hint that he had a family and something went down to split them apart (which could range from death or them parting on very ill terms), with Fizz most we got was the Fizzbot mocking Blitz. But again, the wording in that could range from Blitz blowing his chances of being a star, working a deadend job while he was outshined by Fizz and etc, but again NOTHING indicates a tragic backstory.
I rewatched Loo Loo Land with Octavaia's flashback with Robofizz to notice that Blitzo doesn't have his scar yet, even though Oops shows him getting it the same time as Fizz got his. You could argue that it's because of the face paint, but the fact that he's facing (our) left, where his scar isn't immediately visible, makes it seem like the artists' want it to be an easily missable detail for a casual viewer, since they could've just had him wear a clown nose and call it a day.

And there's Fizz's relationship with Mammon, because the way they worded it in Ozzie's make it sound like the Robofizzes were created to be sex toys, with the one in Loo Loo Land being the exception, and this one exception turned out to be the most successful. Asmodeus did say he makes them in Mammon's episode, but if you weren't paying attention to that line, I wouldn't blame you thinking that the Robofizzes were Mammon's creations.

Again I'm getting more "envy and jealously " vibes off stony lonesome with this one. It reads less like an insult and more like he wishes he didn't have right wing, borderline neo nazi stigma attached to his name so he could work WITH vivzie and spindle horse on the show. Probably thinks his writing could save it, a sort of "I can fix you" mentality.

Honestly, the core issue is that in HB Hell is too separated off from Heaven, and in doing that, they made rules and regulations make no sense. Going to get a little spergy, but if they had one guy well versed in even the Old Testimate, the answer would be simple, the demons that are legally allowed to go to earth are the Jewish rendition of “satan” as seen in the Book of Job, and have/need express permission from Heaven/God to spread sin and tempt humans. This can serve Two Purposes.

1: Since Heaven is involved, you now have an excuse to temper what your characters can and can’t do. Sure Succubi can seduce humans, but they can’t use lust powers on them, it must be consensual, and oh look, your gooner bait race is now less problematic. Infesters can posses humans, but they can only whisper to them and implant ideas, the human must act on that idea themselves. You can show how they manipulate humans, but when they fight other demons, oh look, they were actually holding back and now IMP are in a fight of their lives.

2: it adds a reason that BLitzo needs an unregulated book. Heaven focuses on the masses, and him going through legal channels will bring him face to face with the Heavenly Host, and even if he lies about why he needs it, they will know when the crystal or other means to reach earth is used, and IMP will then have eyes on them at all times making sure their approved mission statement is not violated. However, someone like Stolas is a non-entity. Powerful? Relatively speaking, yes. But what’s he going to do with access to the mortal realm aside from his farce that the Goetia call duties? Whine on reddit about his wife and how gay and sad he is to get karma? Join some Role Play server on Discord and live out a gay fantasy he can jack it to afterwards? He might go to some furry convention. Oh no. The book is a blind spot, and that’s what just what Blitzo needs. The sins, even the devil himself won’t care he’s killing humans, because they despise humans, why would it come up in a trial? But Heaven would care. And if the angels found out, issues would arise and consequences would be certain. (How many of us would pay for an animation were one angle beats the ever loving snot out of Stolas and/or IMP for the crap they pulled)

Issue? This is something I pulled out of my ass this morning a minute after reading this comment. Bigger issue? This requires Heaven to be good and hell to be bad. It requires an actual knowledge of scripture and theology and bending it just enough without it snapping. In trying to be the edgy pre-teen what if heaven bad hell good, but still keeping hell as hell because HH is about redemption, you can see that the world building is twisted into this gordian knot of terrible.

This is why Vivz is so frustrating as a creator and as a lolcow. Most animation cows just entirely suck and have no redeeming features, with the exception of people like John K (who obviously influenced Vivz to some extent although I think she has denounced him like everyone else has), who has no personally redeeming features, but actually did contribute to animation.

Vivz seems to have the ability to come up with good ideas and then totally wreck them.

This is basically Wormwood from The Screwtape Letters. This whole series would have benefitted greatly from Vivzie actually studying C.S. Lewis. Nobody else has done demons better in a work of fiction, odd considering that he was a devout Christian, and despite not being Catholic, writes like one (that is a compliment if coming from me). Or maybe not so odd.

So is the joke that Viv hates Christianity, or that Charlie hates Jesus?
the Joke is Viv doesn't understand christianity and Charlie's thoughts are literally Jesus' thoughts
WRONG! The joke is that Sneed's Feed & Seed is supposed to be called Chuck's Feeduck and Seeduck.

But yes, Vivianne doesn't understand Christianity outside of a small crash course. It's almost as if she created a "High Fantasy" version of it.
How does this help Asmodeus at all tho?
It doesn't. Because she likes Ass-mon-dorkeus, he can do shit like pull a deus ex machina and such.
Oh Abel. It's sad, isn't it? Worse yet: you and "Sim Pete" will be lover fags, never mind that the real Abel and especially apostle Peter would beat the shit out of someone for questioning his sexuality.
