I mean, if she wants to nuke her shows, one of which takes literal years to wrap up a season, so anything they do or reference will likely be dated when it comes out, totally. It was never about hiding on bluesky, it was them trying to stick it to Elon for buying twitter and then saying that you can call troons men. It’s just, reality is still reality so there’s no escaping it no matter the echo chamber. No doubt Helluva is the more likely victim of their freak outs. What, they have 15 episodes this time around? They only have like 9 story threads to resolve, you can take a few episodes to talk about whatever was said 7 months ago. Still, it would be so fucking to waste one of Hazbin’s episode with either charlie or emily on a soapbox for 30 min. Then have fans wonder why the story is so rushed.

You just gave me an annoying idea they may go for. Charlie and Vagyna probably WILL do a soapbox and go "love you for who you are (as long as you're not hurting anyone)". Very libertine message, and it fits the Hell theme perfectly in fact.

They've just been brain rotted by fandom culture, where shipping is everything and everything is shipping. I think it's a learned way to look at storytelling and that many of these folks would've not been as fixated on relationships above all had they not spend a significant time in fandom as teenagers.

Someone has described Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel as shows created to have a fandom and that's why they ended up like this. I couldn't agree more. The "chronically on internet, tv, and fandom" is so evident in the show.

I'd describe Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel as storylines that are better told through typed-out Twitter threads or Tumblr blogs describing: "Blitzo is an assassin imp. Since it's rare for Imps to have a business, he has to take chances with very dangerous Goetic demons. He choses Stolas but he has to sleep with Stolas for provisions. He and Stolas start to genuinely love each other but Goetias cannot marry commoners. Etc. Etc."

One-Shot Intervention – peak crossover autism; a series of short stories wherein the final battle in Hazbin S1 is interrupted by a given individual/group on Adam's side. Lucifraud gets brutally curbstomped in every chapter.

Abaddon – CHADam comes back as a fucking dragon and tears Lucifuck a new one... I'm not spoiling anything else, shit gets crazy.

A Father's Wrath – anime crossover autism; the description says it all. Come for the batshit insane fight scenes, stay for the even crazier lore.

Uncle Adam – Adam is forced to babysit little Charlotte every E-Day. It's more of a character study than anything, but there's still plenty of cool fights + theological & historical autism (in a good way) to go around.

First Man Down – an "Adam Redemption" fic (>implying he did anything wrong). Starts off simple, but veers off in a direction you would never expect and goes fucking crazy towards the end. Currently has an ongoing sequel by the same author – First Man Rising.

The Vee's will start some retarded invasion and/or Alastor will use this to "get more power" for some reason. Heaven will be ransacked, Emily will call for help, Charlie will try to stop stuff with friendship, big bad guy is stopped and there's a peace treaty where only Heaven makes concessions. Book it.

Honestly, the way it was told in the pilot it gave an implication that nobody took down so many Overlords at once, specially from a complete nobody like Alastor.

And then, much like Striker, you turn this supposedly awesome character into a complete loser who gets curbstomped by the likes of Chadam who doesn't even break a sweat. Except Alastor is supposed to be a main character while Striker (albeit an impressive villain in his first appearance) was mostly just a vehicle for a celebrity appearance by Norman Reedus. I still have no idea how she got that but he did a great job.

My opinion is Reedus is actually a genuine nerd who loves this kind of stuff and one of the few "real" celebrities who show up to stuff like ComiCon and actually seem thrilled to be there.

It's more like Sera going MAKE HEAVEN HOLY AGAIN because apparently the only line of defense right now is the fruity duo of Abel and St Peter.

Also you guys put too much hope in the show portraying hell and the sinners as the aggressors, what's more likely to happen is that once that the Vees are defeated everything is dandy and happy until Lute finally goes school shooter mode and attacks the hotel and as shown in the leaks Emily probably will be there, so she tries to stop Lute but gets hurt in the process with Lute maybe killing someone Lucifer if the leaks are to be believed and hell will get blamed for everything as a cliffhanger for season 3, Rosie/Lilith/Roo/whatever smiling at the end because everything is going according to the keikaku.
