Incidentally enough, one of the AU subgenres of Hazbin Hotel fanfiction is "Adam gives Charlie and the Hotel a chance."

Because it's a early change in rails, it's something Adam might've been interested in if not for one of his girls been killed in this year's extermination, and (let's not kid ourselves) Adam has too much potential to constrain him to just three episodes.

Tho a part of me can't shake the feeling that with the way Viv changed the entirety of Ghostfuckers after the leaks that she too will change some parts of the Rosie=Lilith plot point after it got leaked, afterall she still has time before any of that enters the picture and given with how modern writers are obsessed with subverting expectations, they will go the route of adding more retarded twists like Rosie being an actual person that's under Lilith's control or even just making the whole thing into a red herring.

Unless I'm missing something here, no she didn't. A storyboarder had them on her portfolio site, but someone discovered that you just had to change the url to access them and leaked it on 4chan.

There was a convention I think at Vegas or something, where I recall the animatic from Ghostfuckers was def shown to the public, with the VAs even voicing the clip on stage. I do recall seeing few clips pop up on youtube and Twitter.

Lucifer and Lilith are mentioned in Isaiah 14 and 34, respectively. But according to some, "Lucifer" means a leader of Babylon, spoken 100 or so years early, and a model of Mystery Babylon (the future), while Lilith could have meant the "grove of worshipping statues made of owls", but was mistranslated where it should have said "grove" instead of Lilith.
Lucifer/Eosphoros/Haylel means "Lightbringer", because the leaders of antiquity saw themselves as the bringers of light (think of it as intellect, philosophy, laws, science, what have you), and basically an "avatar of god on Earth", and the Hebrew God is mocking whoever thinks these idols is above Him, as He (and by extension, Jesus Christ as His Right Hand/through actions) are the through light bringers into the world. So much that Revelation 22, the last book of the Bible, Jesus Christ calls himself as the "morning star".

And you are right, @Mad Hunter , I don't feel an equality in Lucifer and Lilith - they remind me of Crash and Tawna from the Crash Bandicoot games. One is more animalistic and perhaps more "crazy" looking, while Tawna is more humanoid, realistic and sexy. Would be hilarious if she were just as foolish as he (Lucifer) was, tho.

I recall reading that Charlie and Vaggie only became a romantic pairing post-pilot due to Viv's propensity to canoniz fan ships. Is that entirely true? Their interactions in the pilot came off as off as lesbian bait more often then not.

Yes. People on the show shipped them together, and Viv decided to make them canon. In fact, Viv didn't have a confirm sexuality for Vaggie for the longest time compared to Charlie.

Since Viv never planned out this pairing, it's no wonder how underdeveloped it is. The only one I could argue that is even more underdeveloped than them is Sir Pentious and Cherri, and that's another ship she only made canon because it was popular in the fandom.

I'm no writer but Viv seems to have a tendency to the cart before the horse. She writes characters and plot elements without deeply considering their purpose. Then, she later on has to scramble and introduce, often half-baked, justifications for why she wrote in a particular character or plot element. Even worse, some of this justification never ends up in the story itself. Only in supplement material, which is wielded as a blugeon to silence criticisms.

I suppose this is one reason why all her stories tend to go off the rails in record time.

Yeah it's really wacky, it's odd cus one they are both moths (very original) and two they were both going to be prostitutes Vaggie was one that killed herself and Angel was going to be a crazy whore character who would just do anything. And even had way more chemistry.

Side note it's so odd how incestuous her creations are they all have been drawn to just fuck eachother or have been in a relationshipwith one another. (Alastor/Mimzy/Vox/Lucifer, AngelDust/Vaggie/Fausts Oc/Valentino/Husk, Blitzo/Fizz/Veronika/Stolas, etc.) It's never just having a character BE a character its always the relationship that dictates everything.
