Fucking CHRIST. If I ever get a chance to go into the field again and confront this man, I am bringing a goddamn list of his tweets and reading them in front of the entire panel and ask him why he thinks these are okay. I don't care if I get kicked out or screamed at by Hayden, he deserves to be taken down a notch.

Sarirical comedy can be a very good way of making statements about tough societal issues. In this case Hayden is trying to approach the topic of victim blaming and show how ridiculous a concept it is. However in this case nobody here is actually victim blaming; when the mother is saying "Why him?" what she actually means is "How could my son have been such a monster and done such a horrible thing?". If your argument is then that she would be fine with this happening if it were somebody else's son that had done this then you clearly have no concept of human emotional responc- oh wait, this is Hayden Black of course he doesn't.

If you can't make good satire then don't even try, otherwise you become satire yourself and the whole thing becomes very meta.

They don't defend him. They actually hate his guts because he made it so obvious that he was pandering to them and made the characters such blatant stereotypes that they found it insulting. The only people that "defend" him are the various media outlets that he paid off to say nice shit about him, and his own sock accounts.
