That kid looked just as confused as the rest of us. BTW, does anyone know if they were actually speaking German or just fake German? If it was fake German I wonder if that counts as "problematic".

Carlos Mencia at least had some minimal skill at delivery, so he could be funny when he stole someone else's funny joke.

Sort of like how Denis Leary was funny when he stole one of Bill Hicks's routines.

Fake german.
Though I doubt that was even meant to sound in any way german. It sounded more like hungarian garbage.
Also, kinda sad when Will Ferrel does a better german accent and knows more german words than your character

Yes, with a good fake accent you'd usually be able to still get some idea of what's talked about if you speak the parodied language, even if the words are all made up:
