I guess the Youtube staff are mean oppressive cyberbullies now. :story:

I dunno why, but I just found it really, really funny seeing a supposed professional behind a groundbreaking animated series blaming a hosting error on "trolls and cyberbullies."

This is the kind of shit you would expect to hear from Tumblrinas, not someone who wants people to take him and his reject of a show seriously.

Another day on Hayden Black's Twitter: more erection jokes, something about a rabbi and the nineteenth iteration of the Whole Foods joke.

No need to write traits or personality for the characters! No need for acting! Just tell the actors to be themselves!

Gen Zed's facebook page has a little over 2000 likes.

Good luck with the TV pitch hayden

The character designs aren't bad so much as they are unfinished. There are some decent ideas and with a few revisions they could be much improved, but Hayden is so interested in rushing his product as quickly as possible he hasn't given the artist(s) enough time or feedback to make it better.

Prediction:
1) Hayden won't find anyone who gives him money for his show, while already low merchandise sales dwindle into nothingness.

2) While Hayden calls the networks indirectly 'trans-phobic', he asks for money on Kickstarter to produce a pilot.

3) A Kickstarter, asking for a ridiculous amount of money, is started.

4) Pilot will be eventually produced by some animation studio in Asia.

5) Actors and Storyboard artists get minimal compensation for their work, most of the money stays with Hayden.

6) Hayden goes to several networks with his new pilot, promising the other people that worked on GenZed, that they will make tons of money once the show gets on the air.

7) No one wants to commission a season of GenZed from Black.

8) The circle repeats with Hayden trying to go "Direct to DVD".

Disagree.
1) 2 episodes are made and hosted on Hulu.
2) Nobody wants this, so Hayden lets it drop.
3a) HAYDEN BLACK DOES NEW INTERNET SHOW 2*10^23, ELECTRIC BOOGALOO
3b) Refers to the amazing success of the FIRST SHOW WITH A TRANS PERSON VOICING A TRANS PERSON, U GUIZE!

That sounds a bit too sophisticated for Hayden.
Let's not forget his previous marketing schemes consisted of "record a show from my living room, yell about it on Twitter and somehow hope a network will pick it up".

A little wonky, but I did some minor tweaks to the character designs. I was mostly just curious as to what they'd look like without those eyes, but I made a few other alterations. I don't know how to help Huey's face.

You're assuming he's competent enough to pull something like that off to begin with.

It's already a vast improvement

Who knows? Black may offer you a job, like everyone else who's drawn "fan art"!
