Same here, IIRC everything you did, if you didn't end up in prison or on probation, gets nuked at age 27. Community service also sucked shit and the judges here love to give teens a million hours as a deterrent for future crimes. Palling around with arab gang bangers while picking up trash and doing physical labour is not how i ever want to spend my Sunday mornings again.

No the best way to fight cops is to be as compliant and respectful and soft-spoken as possible while you talk to them and when they ask for your name you make up a ridiculous ethnic one and then when they're concentrating on writing it down in their little notebook you just blast the fuck out of them with a massive sucker punch out of nowhere.

Actually, the woman of the first pair tried to calm things down, but the dude just kept being aggressive and basically ignored her.

Anyway. It was a weekend, and I am sure these guys have to argue with drunks all the time, so they just don't have any patience left in them anymore. They just expect the confrontation to begin with, so instigate rather than submit to it and handle it for longer than it should.

Looking back, it kind of makes me feel for people who say they are racially profiled, because I am sure they are to some extent in some places.

When someone just won't give you the benefit of the doubt, but provokes you instead just because of their own experience and fatigue with sob stories, liars and potential issues, it's quite infuriating. And they will give you a very short rope if you don't like the way they treat you and make it known.

At the end of the day, talking with the police rather than argue is always the best way to go. But sometimes, they make it very difficult.

Well, this may be a shitpost, probably is, but you're way more likely to get shot by a cop, woman or otherwise, who is physically intimidated by you. A male cop who can take you down is probably going to do just that. A scared woman? She'll magdump on your ass if she has any sense.

This is why I don't think (most) women should be beat cops (in "bad" areas which means well you know exactly what I mean), unless they can pass exactly the same physical tests a man could, much like in the armed forces they shouldn't (mostly) be grunts. The ones who can are and should be gigantic bull dyke looking muscle women.

Otherwise you're just going to have bad outcomes, from suspects getting shot who would have just been taken down by a man to them getting shot themselves, taken as hostages by terrorists in the military, triggering the "defend female" response that is beyond rationality in male humans, etc.

I agree with the rational, but I think that rings true for men as well.

Cops who hang out on the street doing crowd control and stuff are not exactly the most seasoned ones anyway. They don't handle pressure well, and have a chip on their shoulder (this might be different in US, but I doubt it). You don't want to pock the bear regardless of gender.

When it comes to "losing", I guess it's all a question of perspective. I'll lose face any day against my freedom if given a choice.

Fighting cops in the streets is retarded. Just be polite and put up with their bullshit.

If you fight cops in the streets, getting dead is an option. If you fight them in the courts, becoming a millionaire is an option.

In the US maybe. Over here in the EU, you would need to spend years in jail to even get a million.

Regardless, fighting cops is always stupid. There is no winning. Even if they behave like the worst cunts, just go along with it. You won't ever come on top.

From my own experience in the EU, most cops are actually pretty chill. Most of us don't have weapons, so I guess they are more relaxed to begin with, in that shootings are really rare, more so with cops involved.

But there are always the hotheads who kind of know what they are doing. You won't sue them, but they will take any opportunity to ruin your night if they can, just for the sake of showing you they can.

All the more reason to chimp out and resist. Scream as loud as you can they're going to kill me to attract more attention. I like to start screaming and shouting before the cop even has a chance to speak.
 
Yes, I stuck my dick in crazy and she made up some crazy shit and told the police all about me. She was mad I successfully filed retraining order against her; judge ordered her to stop contacting me and my family, she took as me ruining her life as she now had a record of officially being crazy and not being able to own a firearm and such. Meanwhile all my charges dropped before actual trial.

Police are just normal people, most are good, some are dumber than sand and got the job because their dad/uncle works for the department. I unfortunately got one of those retards. I could write 10 pages just how fucking stupid this guy was; didn't know shit about Miranda, accidentally left evidence from an entirely different investigation of an entirely different person in my possession. I tried to explain to this tard his complainant party was literally mentally ill, spent time in an in-patient mental facility, she had attempted suicide recently and I kept screaming in his ear about how a judge just told her to knock this shit off a couple of weeks ago. I guess he thought I was lying or something. It ruined my moral compass, I thought all detectives were smart, now I know exactly how they operate and if I was to do something incredibly illegal how to get away with it.
 
They tried but my arms are so big they couldn't get the cuffs on. They had to just let me go.
 
For some reason I've never been arrested. I think God just took all my charisma stats and put them in luck when I was born

I think this probably works in the US, but in most country in the EU, disturbing the peace is enough to get arrested.

Screaming murder is one of those things. If you don't get murdered I guess.

BTW, rereading the thread, I realized I made a terrible job of communicating what actually happened.

I was drunk on the terrasse of a bar, and they basically saw me and asked I was kicked out. I was fine with that, but they would not let me tell my friends or wait for them to come out in front, even though there was no network inside and I had to give them something back.

It really escalated from something stupid when there was no issue to begin with.

Anyway, water under the bridge.
