Yeah, I was going to say that it couldn't be Tiny Toons as I couldn't find a shirt that was anywhere close to what looked like Chris'
 
I think someone drew sharks on him with face paint, like at fairs or carnivals they'll have the face painter. It couldn't of been at fridays after five because last nights was canceled.

PLEASE find a way to drop what he's doing here...although to be frank, my guess is that Chris is just boringly taunting da trolls again. Given that he never makes any sense, we read way too much into it.

That lump looks like a cyst. Like Chris' acne took over a bit.

As for the 'war paint' it does look like a pickle or even a fish. No idea of the symbolism if it's the latter.
 
The mark is from Chris trying to figure out how to operate the BMWs gear shift and eventually losing his temper and trying to rip the shift stick off but ending up locking himself in the car for 6 hours. The signs are his gloating that he finally broke a window open and escaped.

Don't worry. The stick shift is fine.

I wouldn't be surprised if it actually was a cyst. But no one can really tell due to his crappy cellphone camera.
