A lot of rich people live in North Jersey and work in New York (mainly The City as we call it). So there's a lot of shitty sociopaths and elitists there, and there's large areas where this behavior is basically encouraged and fostered because the consequences are few due to the wealth/general area. Reminder that this area was where two HS seniors delivered a secret baby in a hotel room, then killed it and disposed of it. They expected to walk away with no consequences. It hasn't changed since then.

This is specifically North Jersey, however given what I know, it's probably the same in the South, with The Shore replacing The City.

This is one of the reasons the left is so successful btw. Unlike people on the right who will happily throw one another under the bus for a mean group chat leftists will just completely ignore or write-off horrendous shit their peers have done. It's not good or moral behavior whatsoever but it works for them. They actually believe in playing to win and the "greater good" outweighing the negatives (in this case Hasan being a sex pest possible rapist)

I remember some of my friends trying to get me into watching this dude years ago and me watching some of his content and going nah. I didn't know exactly why but his content seemed fake, forced and he talked a lot about nothing, like the agitator he is and at the time I couldn't understand the hype around him. And contrary to what everyone here believes I'm left leaning lol I just couldn't stand the guy. Nothing that came about him in the past few months surprise me, dude is scum.

It seems like in regards to the actual political world he has become a pariah, he got upstaged by the politician he shilled so hard and the glowing praise articles he had have dried up. I disagree on that, people are still referencing and making fun of the incident and even referring to it in Hasan's chat. This just adds more fuel to that fire.
