Just checked in hasans stream and the guy in the short span that I was watching made the dog get off the floor and get on its bed (dog was sprawled out on the floor like big dogs like to do)

Then he gets up and goes to get what appears to be like ricecakes and peanut butter, the dog watches him the whole time but dosent move an inch. Is my dog just poorly trained as hell? If I open the fridge to get my dog her snacks she comes running, why? beacuse she is happy as hell to get a treat and im happy to let her be happy about it. Despite the ragebaiting own the libs attitude, he did make some decent points from a dog training perspective.
One point that stuck out to me was preceding the shock, Hasan bitched out and got mad at Kaya before doing the stim. Kaya will potentially associate her own name with "something bad is going to happen", leading to anxiety whenever she's called out. Or worse, whenever Hasan bitches out at all (which is a common occurrence) it could potentially mean "a shock is coming" from Kaya's perspective. Idk what Hasan's training regimen is, whether he calls out her name every time, but it could lead to problems.
He further reiterates that calling a dog's name should bring joy to them rather than fear. The stim punishment should come from the dog's behavior, rather than from the owner.

In any case, going back to that retarded argument people were making that the reason he doesn't want Kaya moving is because of joint issues, alright, then why doesn't he at least give her something to keep her occupied and stimulated? Why are there no toys, no Kong, no bully stick? Why isn't there at least any fucking water in the vicinity? Yeah its all BS spewing from his mouth. He says that dogs need structure and need to stay active while forcing Kaya to be inactive. As for not giving her toys, its probably because he doesn't want to hear her chewing on them. Its just really sad to see this dog be forced to be in one spot for hours only to try to get a change of scenery to be met with an electric shock. I've used an electric collar on only one dog in my life and thats because she's an idiot and loves to run out of our yard to steal dog toys. Even then, we don't shock her right off the bat. Hasan is a bad person and I hope Kaya gets taken away from him and gets adopted by an actual loving family.
