I think actual "rights" depend on sapience, that is, the ability to make meaningful decisions about your own life. However, pain and harm are evils and increasing the level of evil in the world is a bad thing. So I am okay with at least the existence of animal husbandry and using animals for food, although we have the ethical obligation to reduce its impact on the animals so used, but harming an animal for no reason whatsoever is simply pure evil, that is, it has no good aspect to it whatsoever.

Torturing an active, intelligent animal by forcing it to sit in a space no larger than itself for the vast majority of its life is a monstrous act whether done by electric shock or some other form of cruelty.

Anyone defending this is a worthless shitstain and it should be no surprise that people willing to defend this are also willing to support murdering anyone who disagrees with them in any way.

I honestly didn't give a single shit about Hasan before this except as a minor cow being a foil to a more interesting cow (Ethan Klein). I would have said he's a jerk but he reminded me of that kind of Tim Poole beanyfag where I just didn't get why anyone cared about him.

This dog shit is why I hate his guts NOW. Cages are actually better. There's a kind of training that involves cages or crates where excessive barking gets a timeout. Unless it's done badly, the dog doesn't view it as a punishment. Dogs that excessively bark are often stress-prone breeds that get overstimulated and it's actually like a hugbox and they'll even willingly go to it when they're stressed to calm down.

It is NOT to be used for something like eight hours a day like that roach tortures his dog on stream. The fact is he's been torturing that dog since he started doing that, it's just that apparently nobody noticed until she yelped because he's obviously been using the shock collar to torture her into doing what is completely unnatural behavior for that kind of dog.
