Kind of a huge difference. Think like how you can be okay with selective horse breeding and against forced miscarriages on horses to get HRT pee.

There's a reason why he didn't show a close up of the entire collar with the branding visible and specifically held it clasped to only show the lighting (which was caught in HD).

Using half truths with the collar having a vibrate mode. He's retarded though because how the dog is conditioned into learning what the vibration means is from the shock feature. The entire point is to shock them enough where a mere vibration from the collar will have the dog stop whatever behavior it's doing. It associates the collar vibrating as a shock incoming if it doesn't stop. Hence he's used shock collars on the dog before even if magically the collar is really only vibrate only, which I 100% doubt. Dumbass probably meant to vibrate the collar and accidently hit the shock button since he was preoccupied with the stream.

Eventually someone will find the exact collar and it will be on to the next spin.
