They are basically mocking you. Fully aware that there will not be an authoritative investigation into the matter, they are free put the least effort possible into the farce, as they gaslight their sheep.

I don't believe Hasan ended stream and his team just called it a day there. Piker's PR people and roachkin got on the phones, discussed what he should do, and sent his handy uncle, cousin, or whoever over to modify the collar. They didn't even bother buying a non-shock model, scuffing it up a bit, and showing you that. They decided its just enough to have aforementioned handyman modify it and tape it over.

Have a problem with the tape? Hasan, who lies as easily as he breathes will just rattle off some plausible explanation. "Do your devices never break? I had to tape it up because of 'x y z.'"

Its swept kiwi xisters. Its over. Is Ethan even doing a long grilling or is he done with it?

Mix that with a low IQ and the fact that he lives in Cuckfornia and is completely out of touch with what normies/the average joe really thinks (see the results of last year's election) and you get shit like this.
 
I work with dogs and have used ecollars before (not anymore). Never seen a dog yelp like that on vibration. Sure have seen it when they’re hit with a level 80-90 shock on that model, however.

Additionally her body language before he hits it makes it extremely clear she’s afraid to leave her spot.

commies are just wignats on the opposite end of the spectrum. Except most wignats believe in some semblance of morality (Usually loosely based on the moral values of old but often with other shit mixed in) while communism is entirely based on materialism and rejection of traditional morality, which leads its followers to justify everything and anything. This is mostly why commies are often much more comically evil.
