The collar band is interchangeable, genius. The Educator receivers come in 3/4" and 1" widths, so you can put them on... literally anything that size. The relevant thing is the e-collar itself which appears identical to the mini-Educator.

Incidentally, I'm pretty sure it is the original biothane strap it comes with or perhaps a bungee one:

I couldn't find too many good videos of when Idubbbz was there, but with the way it stands out on the dog's fur, it makes me think he didn't have one on.

You know what's really fucked up? Turkish people are known for their love of dogs. It's the one Muslim country that doesn't hate them. Turkey also has a sizable Arab population. If you go there you can instantly tell the difference between a turk and an arab.

Hasan is not acting like a real Turk. He's being an Arab. Maybe he isn't a roach but a goat/cousin fucker instead.

Personally I've seen more "brown people" that really like dogs, some even get into breeding them. With the breeder ones the stuff that leans into possible morally dubious areas are the ones absolutely deranged about breeding them in ways that result in horrible gene experiments like the toadline bulldogs.

My inner schizo is getting me thinking the constant shifts from this just being about this horrible fucking fake ass roach of a man specifically to "ah yes the brown people and the commies" are controlled opposition to have an easy thing to point to to dismiss the fact that This piece of shit tased his dog on livestream over moving off the bed. The dogs that get eaten aren't meant as pets, they are particular breeds that have more muscle like other animals bred for consumption.

I don't think caring for dogs is a race thing but rather a wealth thing. Keeping a dog solely for emotional support requires excess wealth. Or I guess at least plenty of time and access to scraps because homeless people keep dogs, too.

White Europeans used to keep dogs in a wheel to rotate meat:
