I think it's his clearly embarrassed reaction afterward that ices the cake. He realizes how bad it looked and starts mumbling a vague, fake frustrated justification. He doesn't even try to seem confused as to why the dog suddenly yelped. 99% of dog owners immediately go "what did you do? you okay?" when they hear that sound.

Normally I'd pass this off as a nothingburger because I too say completely unhinged shit to my dogs in a playful voice because it's funny and they don't actually understand it.

The second your pet yelps in pain like that you'd go over and check them over to make sure they didn't get hurt.
So he knew why it yelped.
We also have HD video if you slow it down frame by frame you can see nothing happens to that dog that would cause it to yelp besides a shock.
People claim you can hear the audio buzz too I haven't listened that closely.

It seems a lot of people are misinterpreting what I said? She has whimpered like this before, and he has given the same excuse.

If in the past he has been saying the truth that her paw got stuck, you can compare how she actually reacts when her paw gets stuck to this situation to show how in this situation he shocked her, or maybe he has always been shocking her all the time and I just didn't notice (which is why I include the part that I never have him on my main monitor, so I could have overlooked it).

I'm 100% sure he shocked her, but if you don't have a reference to compare how she reacts to when her paw gets stuck he will be able to continue saying that's what happened. Y'all niggas need to get off your Hasan hateboner and actually read what people are saying lol.

Fighting the urge to fedpost, so all I will say is that I want this dog taken away from him and given to a good family, I want him to be prohibited from owning any pets from now on, and I want this to have severe consequences for his "career". I know I'm dreaming here but damn, it's so tiresome seeing evil people get away with everything.

Not defending Hasan or turkroaches by saying this (since apparently I have to make such a disclaimer every time I dare to go against the grain in any way), but I know that cats have a particular nerve quirk on the neck where they basically "turn off", this is by nature's design so that they can be safely carried by their mother like so.

Don't know if it's the same with dogs, but if it is then it's not that big of a deal, the guy knew what he was doing and the puppy was basically blanked out during the lift.
