Electric collars are only really used for hounds if you are training them to hunt or insist on walking them without a leash and have not trained them to not chase anything
(which is very hard with hounds). Because hounds instinctively chase things and can do so for hours and even days sometimes.

They're not used for your fucking indoor tibetan mastiff. wtf.

I hunt with dogs. And Ive used shock collars with all of my Hunting dogs. Whether you agree with it or not, sometimes its the only way to stop a half retarded stubborn ass pointer from drowning itself after running a mile into an impenetrable swamp. Some situations I do feel shock collars have merit/are warranted. Even on their highest settings. I cannot put into words how stubborn some hunting dogs are when they're tracking something. However this is definitely not one of those situations, this is 100% animal abuse. The yelp makes it sound like he has the collar on a high setting but honestly it could have yelped because it just got suprised. Shock collars are best coupled with clear and definitive boundaries, whether that be the edge of a yard or obedience commands, you cant just say "WTF DUDE! STOP!" and shock the dog and expect it to understand what you want. Thats not a command, that dog has zero clue why its being shocked after waking up from a nap/standing up.

His explanation is such a cope, its all on video, he looks at his monitor sees the dog standing up, reaches, gives his retarded ass command (that couldn't even clearly communicate to I, a human, what exactly he wanted), then shocks the dog. Its all there in black and white. The unfortunate thing is nothing will come of this. And this is the most egregious thing he's done on stream. Calling for violence is one thing, but this is what he does to that which he holds dominion over, what would he do to a conservative (or really anyone else for that matter) given the chance, if he knew he would face zero consequences. We see how he treats dogs and we know he thinks conservatives are dogs so do the math.

I've read more material than the average dog trainer and the pibbles thread can attest to my spergery....

Mat or place training is very common but the whole point is to make the dog feel safe when away from home, or to have a 'proper place' where it can be safe/quiet. Its trendy and I don't see it being that important. Still my dog picked up on it via positive reinforcement only. If she lays on rectangles at dinner good things happen, it's that simple. I carried dog food in my pocket and fed her one bite at a time for 2 weeks when she was in appropriate place. She always lays behind the desk, follows me to the bathroom, etc. You just 'capture' the behavior you want and encourage it when they are young. It starts as a game and becomes a habit.

With Hasan there is no communication happening and that dog will be terrified to leave that spot. The dog's body language is screaming submission, fear and confusion. The expectations are not clear.

Normally this behavior is trained by asking the dog to stay and increasing the duration/distractions/distance from you day over day. The consequence for failure is supposed to be starting over (usually with slightly relaxed requirements to keep the dog participating, you don't want to slip backwards and it has to stay fun and rewarding for them). Like autists they are creatures of habit .. and prolonged eye contact freaks them out.

But also, the device was within easy reach on his desk. The dog seems very timid. Why do you even need a shock collar for a dog that lies sleeping in its prison corner? and why do you need the shock collar to always be within easy reach in case the dog wants to stand up?

This is really fucked up. If you just want a prop that lies there, just get a cardboard cutout or something, not a living animal.

No actually, I'm friends with this Turkish guy who's very anti-Islam and while he doesn't by any means hate Turkey, he's very critical of Turkish society, guy loves animals and he absolutely hates how dogs get treated in Turkey. To this day there are still people in Turkish cities who will gather up in bands and go beat or kill the local stray dogs, of which there are usually many.

Mind you, this is not representative of all Turks, there are also many people who are against this hatred of dogs, and if memory serves there are actually a good many animal advocacy groups trying to prevent this type of stuff from happening.
 
Funny that this might be one thing that his subhuman followers at all find somewhat problematic, not the far-left terroristic threats and incitement to violence against normal people.

Its because he's repulsive and sociopathic+Hot that he has such an attraction, it doesn't really matter what the content of him being bloodthirsty is, the fact he's willing to be that way, and is conventionally attractive to women (I don't get the Pinhead appeal but w/e) adds to the zest for women.

Maybe because so many famous mass breeders were Warlords, I don't fucking know, its just how it is with women, its why they love Vampires and shit.
