As to his dog, what a fucking roach. Dogs are supposed be allowed to roam around the house and even the property.

I had a dog who would often be inconvenient for me due to lots of barking. I figured out if I was calm I could minimize the problems. When I was a kid dealing with that dog though it never occured to me to hurt it though cause unlike Hasan I have a conscience.
 
Man if you get pissed off that much at a fucking living being simply wanting to move around idk, pol pot had some good human equivalents to dog shock collars I hear. He's a commie so he should love it right? My dog has bit me before and I've been less annoyed at her than he was in that clip. Shock collar or not it's a fucking disgusting way to talk to an animal who's entire grip on reality and the world is based solely on you and you alone. Clearly looks scared to move around too, almost as if animal abuse is a common thing in that household or something. Like you see the dog turn around and go to sit back down as soon as he starts talking at it and turning around, it's not dumb, it knows it's owner is an abusive piece of shit and what is about to happen. I hope that it goes pitbull mode.

If you are going to keep a dog in frame you do it with positive training and hard work.

Negative reinforcement training should be reserved for dangerous/disruptive behavior and yard boundaries only.

The dog gets a nice special treat in the end for playing a game in Hollywood.

Edit; Positive Punishment not Not Negative Reinforcement. Shit is confusing.

I knew a couple who had a shock collar for their dogs, they had it set up so half the house was blocked off by the shock collar. It's a understandable way to arrange it because the dogs eventually learn what the expectation is and it remains firm, unlike some asshole with a remote triggering it because they are personally annoyed.
