I really doubt Hasan is terrified of being assassinated as much as he knows there will be a clamping down on that sort of rhetoric he uses.

Yea, they were pretty much the antithesis of each other. Still, both "influencers" who comment on politics aimed at a crowd aged under legacy medias pull.

That's just common sense, Hasan fans are deranged and their one redeeming quality is that they usually sequester themselves in their parents' basement. If one is outside then they are an especially active freak.

As someone who aligns with Hasan's politics 80-90% and aligned with Kirk's politics 10-20% I would be a lot more concerned about being surrounded by Hasan fans than Kirk fans.

He clearly reacted like this for 3 reasons.
1. He's never seen someone killed before. (That being said, this is the second worst one i've ever seen, the worst being the ISIS beheadings.)
2. If open season is declared on leftoids (and if there's any time for that to happen, its now), he knows he's top 5 on the list
3. The assassination just gave Trump a blank check to go after leftists encouraging political violence. He knows he's number 1 on that list.

Will anything happen? Probably not.

This kind of reaction makes me preemptively not care if anything similar happens to Hasan, as the symmetry just isn't there. Kirk was not a guy who would have immediately politicized Hasan getting shot. Kirk was boring and had kids. Hasan wants to play with the edgy boys and when he does meet his end he will be remembered accordingly.

Maybe so, I don’t religiously follow this thread. I just sort of figured he didn’t because this is the first time I’ve seen the turkroach react like something resembling a human being when something bad happened to people he doesn’t like, mostly because he realizes he’s at ground zero for whatever retaliation happens.

I don't think Hasan is reflecting over how he has been busy promoting violence. But I think he instinctively understands that could be him. Not just him, but most of these political influencers realize how vulnerable they are. Even more so for Hasan who knows he has a lot of haters and it's all much more real since he was just about to debate Charlie Kirk.

Don't worry though, he'll be back to promoting killing Jews in no time.
