In order for prostitution to ever not just become a means of human trafficking, there are a LOT of prerequisites for it to even be considered such as but not limited to:
These women have some level of power going up to whoever they work under (like unions I suppose)
These women do have options outside of sex work
The contracts themselves don't force these women to do things that they don't want to (think like scat and whanot)
The second point is probably the hardest to achieve though and there are many other things that you would have to deal with like foreign women coming in and being left undocumented thereby leaving them extremely vulnerable to human trafficking. I think it's preferable to simply ban the practice entirely and put the porn industry under a VERY tight leash from the government.

You can see that when they claim that Hasan doesn't support terrorism... something that he has said he does on camera both explicitly and with paper thin obfuscation. And then, with dozens of clips of Hasan "Ten Toes Down" Piker saying he supports Hamas, the Houthis, Hezbollah... the only time he speaks out against terrorists is when he can claim that they're American allies (or when he can claim that American allies are terrorists). And yet these people will disbelieve their own eyes and insist that somehow "What do you think of Hezbollah... let's just say that I don't have a problem with them" is taken out of context or being misinterpreted. Somehow they manage to take a position that is even more repulsive than "I like that he supports terrorism".
Meanwhile, for norms the problem is that all the criticisms seem far fetched. Imagine that someone told you that one of the most popular musicians today is an outspoken Nazi... would you believe that? I wouldn't. Even if someone showed me a video of him saying, "Hitler did nothing wrong" while dressed like an SS officer I would assume he was just being edgy, because who in their right mind is an actual Nazi? Well, that's what's going on with Hasan.
Ultimately, Hasan isn't going to go down to any reasonable event. There is going to be something minor that makes people decide to reexamine all the past abhorrent behavior that they were willing to make excuses for in the past.
