It is pretty close to how people are treating a “no-fly zone” acting like it is just the US saying people can't have aircraft in an area, instead of an act of war by having US aircraft shoot down anyone they don't like in the airspace. Hasan is an idiot, but an NFZ would be provocation of war, simply because those things always are one-sided bullying tools.

Call me an autist but this made me wonder if he was right about it being a shitty comparison, and of course he was wrong. I'll need a Narutist (or whatever the fuck Naruto fans are called) to verify since I'm just going off of the wiki article but here's a couple things.
"The barrier is made of purple flames, which will instantly engulf those who come into contact with it, thus preventing anyone from entering or leaving the area" makes me assume that it isn't an actually impassable forcefield and is instead something you don't cross on threat of death (like a no-fly zone). It also has to be cast by a group of people rather than being some magical object making a force field. Obviously it's not the exact same, but it is closer than a stereotypical forcefield. I think Hasan probably just googled "anime force field" for the picture.
I just had to Google "Naruto purple force field box" to find this so it's not like this is some deep hidden lore you have to go on an autistic plunge to know.
I'm splitting hairs here but if the guy is trying to be a political commentator he could at least bother to make his comparisons make sense if you spend even 2 minutes looking into them.

Hasan Piker is so fucking stupid that he thinks Arma 3 footage is war footage. (Video in question is the original). Every time I think of Hasan Piker, I go back to the George Carlin quote of "Think of how stupid the average person is, now realize that half of the people are stupider than that."
