Yes, I believe Harold E. Hall most likely had a similar childhood to Christian Weston Chandler. An autistic raving child who was bullied in school, had no friends and was immersed in whatever fantasy world he made for himself. Then he got older, found the Internet and has become another lost soul to the void.
I suspect the father of Harold E. Hall, quickly realized that he had a mentally stunted fat ass good for nothing lazy freak for a son and said Dear John, I'm Gone.
Also, I am not familiar with law concerning liens or other judgments which would lead to garnishing one's wages. However if you note in portions 3 and 5 of the 2nd to last pic in my post concerning Kathryn C. Hall, of Madison, Wisconsin, mother of a fat-ass pedo man-child named Harold E. Hall, who is quite similar to Christian Weston Chandler, there is additional text showing amounts attributed to her place of employment, IDS, where she is a human resources manager. At first I assumed those were the amounts garnished.
But when adding the 2 amounts, it comes to close to $4,000. And its is over a two+ year time period. Since the judgment was just over $2,000, that doesn't make sense. Especially when taking into account that the judgment was not satisfied for another 14 months after the May 2012 entry with IDS.
Given that, she couldn't have possibly been garnished twice for double the amount of the judgment. A garnishment is always done on a monthly basis, at the least, for small amounts.
So, are those numbers here salary at the given time with IDS? Perhaps the 2010 entry (#5) was her salary at time judgment/garnishment was initiated. Then in 2012, she went back to get terms altered as that entry (#3) has a much lower amount than the 2010 amount.
If I am correct, and hopefully not grasping, this would lead me to believe, and given @BreadGod's latest info, that money ain't flowing so well in the Hall household.
Could this mean that she had to cut back hours to take care of her son, Harold E. Hall, due to his severe mental issues bordering on retardation? Or perhaps, Harold is a gluttonous pig given his weight is said to be about 300 lbs and the grocery bill has gone up.
But hey, what do we know. Maybe he IS fucking Batman and his mom is Bruce Wayne and buys his utility belt items at Toys R Us.
I know most of us are surmising these things, but Harold E. Hall of Madison Wisconsin is welcome to clarify the record here. I am sure @MasterDisaster would gladly do a one on one interview with him if Harold is afraid none of us will post for fear of death or worse if he does decide to make a post. StrikerWolf was interviewed by him and they were excellent!
