Behind the Meme got plenty of hate comments and videos before this (deservedly because his content is tripe, but that doesn't mean his detractors are any better), but this video in particular is what triggered the summer-long dogpile that eventually led to someone doxing Behind the Meme's grandma. He had the perfect timing to catch all the 14 year olds with bleach avatars as they were getting out of school ready to shit up the internet. And what a perfect guy to have inspired them to do it.

Like, I won't disagree that Behind the Meme is really annoying (regardless of the subject of his content his voice is annoying enough on its own) but EmpLemon seems to have genuine seething hatred for him and 'normies'. It's like stereotypical reddit neckbeards actually existed and walk among us. Oh wait.

Keep in mind in context the video is complaining about how memes created by outsiders are explained to normies, which made the outsiders go batshit insane about this. If fucking dabbing is one of your sacred outsider memes, I think the normies are doing a huge fucking favor because the meme is dreadfully unfunny from the beginning.
 
Could it be possible to add the people on 4chan that sperg out about tumblr file names and "reddit-posting", essentially, "Secret Club" people? They say up and down there's not a 4chan boogeyman but act like somebody said Voldemort at Hogwarts when reddit or tumblr is even mentioned.
