It's funny cause of the circumstances leading up to it.

-Ralph makes plans to go to Portugal with Dick to spite Warski.
-Ralph seethes over Jesse punking him by showing up at his house and leaving diapers during the Fuck Ralph Festival.
-Dick "breaks his ankle" and Ralph is forced to take his spite trip alone.

And fuck off with this joyless loser narrative. I'm not white trash, I travelled through Europe when I was in my early 20s after a semester abroad. At no point did anyone I was with even think about going to Lisbon, no offense to any Portuguese kiwis.

all of these points are funny but most of what i see is people picking tiny details to find something funny and ultimately looking like they are being desperate because it's the gunt.

It's funny because Ralph is putting himself into loser situation after loser situation while in Portugal, and has so little self awareness that he actually thinks they're all wins.
