I've just stumbled upon a couple tweets that announce that police is closing up the Champs Elysées after shots have been fired.

Link.

Police call it an act or terrorism.

it will surely be a boon to Marine LePen, but I think the deck is still stacked against her in the runoff. Seems like Macron will easily trounce her unfortunately.

At least Macron will lose votes to socialists, one cucked by his own party and might as well be Harambe, and the other a lolcow. If LePen can flip enough swing voters, she can get pretty close, and inch above Macaroon with enough flipped Fillon voters.

Lurking on /r/worldnews was amazing this afternoon. First it was don't you dare call it a terrorist attack, then it was an armed robbery gone bad then it was a tits out conspiracy that ISIS is trying to get Le Pen elected. And that last seemingly much worse than the poor cops who got killed.

Weird world we live in where everyone of those "political compass" test things I take proclaims me as being pretty much a dead on centrist, but I can absolutely guarantee a banning if I post what I think on any of the default plebbit news boards.

It never fucking ends. Cue the sadness flags & lighting on buildings, "isolated incident", #notallmuslims, triggered by Trump etc.

Of course there will be new EU-wide firearms restrictions also, as the terrorist apparently used an assault rifle. Strange how preventing law-abiding citizens from having guns doesn't stop criminals.

Doubt it. The socialists who flee towards Macron are seen as traitors by the party's leaders, going as far as threatening to expel them if they don't support Hamon (socialist candidate).

The socialists are in quite the pickle this time : they see Hamon as a joke since he can't rally the party behind him, they can't support Mélenchon (far left) because it means admitting they are no longer the big leftist party in France AND they might get kicked out of the party (meaning losing a LOT of political cred) if they back Macron, whether he wins or not.

Besides, Le Pen will not benefit much of a Fillon defeat ; his core voters are the Catholic right and the old money (including a lot of the descendants of the nobility). The opposite of the populist and laicity champion Le Pen.

Exactly, so less votes for Macron. About Fillon, of course some voter will be committed to a candidate regardless, but I'm talking about swing voters who tip too close to call elections.

Lets wait and see if the victims are crisis actors first, this may be a false flag.

Turns out the police officer who was killed was a gay rights campaigner in a civil partnership with another man. Does he have more oppression points than the kebab who killed him?

Lol, no!
(Remember how SJWs responded to the Orlando gay club shooting?)

^But they moved that around to change it to "our society is still at large homophobic" "this was an act against the latino community"

But the victim now was a dirty white french man. He probably deserved to be killed in SJW's eyes.
